L & M Marine Contractors, Increcently replaced the siding on our 36-year old home, and we were very pleased with whole process, start to finish Blair was so easy to work with and walked us through each step to let us know what to expect He handled all of the details with our Insurance Company himself We ended up with a beautiful, fresh-looking home in the color we selected We love it and can't believe the improvement it has made I know our neighbors are as happy as we are that our old, faded siding is gone We were so happy that we chose to work with L & M Marine

Hail Storm damaged home's roof LMC came by offering free inspection and I signed a contract on 8/agreeing that they could work on my behalf with my insurer which they did and I have the insurance company settlement One part of the contract says "Homeowner authorizes contractor to immediately begin work" LMC advertises that they are a certified GAF roofing installer I check on 8/and they were not on GAF site In informed them of this and they indicated they would get this resolved I should have canceled then and would have been withing the day cancellation window On 9/they contacted me to schedule a start date but I found they are still not a certified GAF installer (there is no warranty or at least reduced from GAF if not installed by someone certified) so I said I did not want to proceed That's when I got the "but you signed a contract" I also want to see documentation of what they plan on installing - a materials list - but they seem to balk at that I hav

LMC were fantastic! They walked us through the entire process and were by our side every step of the way They were on our roof with our insurance adjuster representing our best interests They completely understand the policy requirements concerning what is a covered event and what repairs are needed Even after our insurance company agreed on repairs, LMC had the insight to submit a supplemental request for several documented repairs missed by the adjuster The insurance company agreed and provided additional money for these supplemental repairs LMC identified all our options for color and materials along with recommendations Their workers performed exceptionally to ensure our complete satisfaction Their project manager was always quickly responsive to calls and text messages with a friendly and helpful attitudeTwo of our neighbors were so impressed they hired them as well I offer my wholehearted recommendationA very happy customer in *** **

Blair and LMC were wonderful to work on the replacement of our roof due to significant hail damage Blair dealt with our insurance company and everyone worked with our schedule to get the work completed We were so happy with the result, we had them put on gutters That went great too! Thank you!!

We recently had the siding, roof, gutters and trim package done on our circa home After observing several companies in the area complete there projects with cheap contractor grade materials and seeing what I would consider a poor result, we decided to give the folks at LMC a go I have to say the quality of materials and workmanship far surpass the homes completed by other companies in our area We could not be more pleased with the result Blair and the crew took great care of all our needs throughout the whole process on properties(one in Woodbridge and the other in Falls Church) I highly recommend using LMC
