They walked us through the entire process and were by our side every step of the way They were on our roof with our insurance adjuster representing our best interests They completely understand the policy requirements concerning what is a covered event and what repairs are needed Even after our insurance company agreed on repairs, LMC had the insight to submit a supplemental request for several documented repairs missed by the adjuster The insurance company agreed and provided additional money for these supplemental repairs LMC identified all our options for color and materials along with recommendations Their workers performed exceptionally to ensure our complete satisfaction Their project manager was always quickly responsive to calls and text messages with a friendly and helpful attitudeTwo of our neighbors were so impressed they hired them as well I offer my wholehearted recommendationA very happy customer in [redacted] **
