I am rejecting this response because:1- I am the customer whose name is on the invoice; at no time did I tell the business owner to leave the property. The son came back and it was witnessed by two people that he said they would not be returning to complete the job.2- The damage was not all because of the wall falling. I heard them hit the gutter and heard someone say "oops". I saw him run over my forsythia bush that was years old from my kitchen window. The phone lines and security lines worked for two days after the collapse and when they started excavation they suddenly stopped working. The faucet outside worked prior to them excavate and now it does not.3- I paid half of the original fee up front to excavate rebuild the wall and pour a cement pad for the porch. The excavation was done, leaving large amounts of dirt outside on our lawn including over my flower bed- which will not return. The wall was built but not to code; it is not totally straight and we had to have consultations from other contractors in order to find out how to make it to code. We had to pay someone to build a foundation for the porch and we still do not have a porch as promised. The original price went from to almost with additional attorney's fees and extra items that would be needed to make it to code. No I did not pay the whole bill because the work is not done.4- In order to be done with this, if the mechanics lien is not removed we will be forced to litigate. This is our home and it still looks like a dump outside

business until March The work is not warrantied against spalling, only for cracking

find it. We did not hit water line while we was digging. We bumped the basement wall and the vibration knocked rust loose into the toilet and then all the rust in the water line came loose and then it clogged the line in the basement. I called [redacted]. They fixed it, and said it was not my fault. But I told Mr. [redacted] that I would pay half but Mr. [redacted] never got ahold of me about the bill. I was paid to waterproof basement and that is what I did. If he has water problems then that is my fault. I'm not a landscaper and there was holes in the siding before we started the job.
