Review: I believe I was misled/frauded by the paperwork LM Motors of Houston Texas gave me which did not expose that the car I purchased had been in an accident. LM Motors supplied a Bogus Car History report. He also verbally assured us there had not been any accidents, floods, etc. They had been consuming alcohol on site and even when I had brought the car in the second time for repairs he disappeared leaving my car door wide open with the key in on the lot to go get beer!After 2 attempts to have LM repair the vehicle which was verbally promised but got the run around I decided to take the vehicle to a mfg dealer since it was still under mfg warranty (which also LM charged $100 to transfer mfg warranty into my name - SCAM - apparently that did not need to be done as warranties like this automatically transfer I later found out and he did not give a receipt for that even when asked and he got mad and said he was doing me a favor cause the dealer would charge $300).I was getting the car looked over/fixed at the [redacted] dealership [redacted] of Houston. When I brought the car in, they informed me the car had been in an accident and the required repairs were not covered under the warranty because the cause of many of them was the accident.Not to mention even that he gave me the car without transmission fluid even showing on the stick! [redacted] said it needed at least 6 qts. The transmission was probably already burnt. [redacted] gave me the TRUE car history report and the first thing that stands out is the accident.My [redacted] went to their site after this and tried to return the vehicle which they would not give a refund. The owner pulled a gun on him. It was scary.Desired Settlement: Since I had to trade the vehicle in order to ensure I wasn't going to have any more repairs and have a reliable safe vehicle and the trade in value was $6000 less than what I had JUST paid out ($16,000 cash), I want the $6000 difference money plus the $100 he scammed us for the warranty transfer.

Review: I drove from Beaumont to Houston to purchase a 2010 Dodge Caliber. I told the dealer ([redacted]) that I wanted to see the carfax when I get there. I test drove the car. He gave me a carfax and I looked at it and saw that the year, make, and model were correct. I also noticed that there was not any accident report on it. I purchased the car by cash. I looked over all the contract paper Sunday and read the fine print. I then notice that the carfax VIN was differ from the actually VIN. I email [redacted] Monday and told him that I believe that he had made a mistake and I asked him to fax me the correct carfax.He emailed back and said that he was unable. I emailed back and said that it a much or I will purchase it myself. He emailed and said ok. In the meanwhile, I purchased the carfax and notice that the car was a total loss. I phoned [redacted] and told him about it and he strongly confirm that the car was not a total loss nor salvaged.He stated that the only parts that were replaced were door, front fender, and a mirror. He also confirmed that I would be receiving a blue title and not a pink one which means salvaged. I believe that I was deceived.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my $11000 plus about $700 punitive damage or a three year guarantee warranty without all the conditions.
