Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They were never threatened and have no basis for making a statement We said we would file with the Revdex.com We are having another company fix the wall correctly Because the wrong mortar was used and no base was built on the bottom of the wall, the entire wall has to be taken down and redone We will bill the business this complaint is filed against for compensation of payment of the repair since they are refusing to fix their inferior work If they refuse to pay, there is a small claims court Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: We did not threaten anyone, just advised we would go to Revdex.com The only invoice/quote we received is attached and is for $ The contractor, [redacted] , initialed each payment and I paid him an extra $for a total of $ [redacted] said multiple times that painting the toilet area of the bathroom was free The painting was inferior and when I pointed this out, [redacted] said, "If you want it done professionally, you have to pay more." Again, I am not asking for them to correct painting mistakes The rock work exterior wall needs to be fixed, as the mortar is crumbling and there are holes in it We had another contractor look at this wall, and he told us they used the wrong kind of mortar and should have used the type that is on the original house Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:  We did not threaten anyone, just advised we would go to Revdex.com.  The only invoice/quote we received is attached and is for $1400.00.  The contractor, [redacted], initialed each payment and I paid him an extra $100.00 for a total of $1500.00. [redacted] said multiple times that painting the toilet area of the bathroom was free.  The painting was inferior and when I pointed this out, [redacted] said, "If you want it done professionally, you have to pay more." We feel very threatened by them and can't go fix the issue as I feel they could harm us if we go.

We cannot  go and fix what they want done for the simple reason that they were threatening us. When [redacted] contacted me to fix the issue I told her that we didn't have any problems going and doing so but they had to pay my husband for the extras that they had him do. She refused...

so we also refused to fix the issue. They original quote was for $1800 but her husband didn't like the price so we talked and agreed to $1400 even though he was still trying to low ball us. So as my husband started working there were no problems. Every day that my husband worked Mr.[redacted] was  complementing his work that it was great and looking good. Not once from the beginning when we ONLY talked to Mr.[redacted] did we ever talked to [redacted] until the day she paid us and that's when she said she didn't like our work. So we told her to tell us what was wrong so we can fix it and get paid. We did paint where she said there was unpainted spots and where there was splashes of paint. She only paid us the quote amount and not the extras. The extras that my husband did was paint 2 closets a bathroom and texture and paint 2 colors of the ceiling and that's  a total of  $950. Which is $150 per closet, $150 for the bathroom and  $500 for texturing and 2 colors for painting for the ceiling.
