I contacted LNB TV REPAIR on August 6 and told them the issue I had with my 52in Phillips HD Projecion screen. I also explained to [redacted] (the contact person) what I did to try and fix it myself. [redacted] laughed and assured me that it is definately fixable. The same day, two representatives of LNB showed up to inform me that they will have to charge me a $59 fee for pick up and delivery and another $10 tax. I was also told by the two guys that dispite what I did to fix it myself, my tv was fixable and should be back by the end of the week. I was so appreciative that I gave the men a $100.00 bill (partly because I didnt have change) and asked that the remaining balance be included in the labor charge. They agreed. I called the company later that week (Aug 9) to check on the status of my tv, only to have "the owner" (who refused to disclose his name) inform me that my tv was NOT fixable. I informed him that representatives of his establishment assured me that the tv was in fact fixable and would be returned by the end of the week. He then laughed and told me that "those guys dont know anything". After several minutes of dispute, he agreed to refund half of the charges via check in the mail. I called today (Aug16) and STILL no check in the mail. I wish to be refunded the entire payment due to false information provided by representatives of LNB and being completely inconvienienced by thier lack of communication. This owner was EXTREMELY rude to me when I tried to explain to him that false advertisement or representation by a business should always result in customer satisfaction. The man YELLED at me.. UNACCEPTABLE
