I reserved a room on Dec 21, at the West Edmonton Mall Inn [redacted] When I was just east of Red Deer (it was 6:PM) there was a freezing rain storm [redacted] *** so I decided to stay a [redacted] in Sylvan Lake instead [redacted] ***I called the Inn to cancel the reservation and let them know [redacted] , they said they would cancel and charge the credit card a fee, I could not understand the lady on the phone [redacted] ***As it turns out they have charged the full amount for the room $on my credit card Again I booked a room with this Inn on Dec 25, 2018, so I asked about the charges on my credit card and the lady at the front desk said we have to go over to [redacted] *** and speak with them about getting that reversedDec 26, I checked out and paid my bill, I then went over to *
