Review: Contracted to have all baseboard replaced in home.Never completed work and was paid in full.Desired Settlement: Full refund or at least $750 refund for unfinished work on installation of baseboard and Reimburse of damages to personal property for other related work that was not contracted, but not completed and left home trashed.

Review: This contractor didn't return my prepaid $842.96 for the job he didn't do. He didn't return my house keys either.I paid $842.96 for the labor cost of installing laminate floors in advance, and this contractor, [redacted], cashed my check on 7/31/2013. I also gave him my house keys (two different keys) in July. Because he didn't finish the previous job even though I paid him the full amount for that job, I decided not to let him to install the laminate floors. I notified him both by phone and email that he needs to return my prepaid $842.96 and house keys by 5pm Aug. 23rd, but I didn't receive any response from him.Desired Settlement: This contractor needs to return my prepaid $842.96 and house keys as soon as possible.
