Review: The granite slabs installed were not polished sufficiently on all edges which results in a milky appearance which is an obvious difference from the flat surface of the countertop. The contractor did not use a licensed plumber which resulted in us hiring a plumber who knew what was necessary to install new faucet and garbage disposal correctly. We tried contacting Mr [redacted] several times by phone leaving messages, be email and through the person who referred this company to us, but received no return calls, emails or any type of contact from him to try to solve this problem. This was our first time experience with granite but L PLEASE TILE had said that they have been doing high end homes for several years and he had been referred so we felt we could trust his work and obligations to us. We were very disappointed in the final result and his lack of response to out situation.

My husband [redacted] is in the installation business of fiber optics and expects contractors like himself to their work as it should be done.Desired Settlement: We are asking that the granite be polished and sealed correctly without damaging anything else in our home or replaced plus return the money it cost us to have the plumbing of the faucet and disposal correctly.
