Dear Conciliation  & Engagement Specialist:
On or around March 02, 2016 customer [redacted] contacted our office. She stated the flooring in her home (approximately 15 tiles)...

was peeling. We explained to Mrs. [redacted], her home was out of warranty by over two  years. Purchase Date 10/17/2013.As a courtesy we offered her replacement  tile and glue at no charge. (20 tiles)What she failed to mention in her letter  was that we also gave her $200.00 to have the tile replaced. (Please see attachment,Release form Dated 3-25-2016)We have not received any correspondence  from Mr. or Mrs. [redacted] concerning this matter prior to receiving these letters, from the Revdex.com or the letter from the Office Of The Arizona Attorney General. We contacted  Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] yesterday (04-28-2016)  we have a scheduled appointment to inspect the flooring in their home on Wednesday, May 04-2016. We will send a letter  to your office with our plan of resolution after the inspection is conducted.Phil C[redacted]Cavco Industries, Inc.1366 S. To whom it may concern:
I appreciate that Cavco responded to you, I have not yet received any communication from Cavco as stated. It appears that Cavco sent a letter to our manufactured home address. My family and I live in Phoenix; our Cavco home was supposed to...

be a vacation home but has yet to be comfortable. It did not have a reliable water supply for the first year and has had a continued furnace problem since the first day that I reported it to Cavco on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 3:17 PM, just 3 weeks after it was installed.
Unfortunately, there is also the incorrect assumption that my complaint is in regards to what transpired on December 28th 2015. As was purported in Cavco’s response, “The winterizing of Mr. [redacted]'s home is his responsibility as the home owner”. In fact my complaint was sent to Cavco as follows: “I make these requests based upon the fact that several repair orders were made and documented during the warranty period and actually never completed. Please note that Cavco technicians always worked on our furnace and did these tasks in lieu of Nordyne. As such, Nordyne was in practicality, not part of the repair process. However towards the end of our warranty a report of the furnace malfunction was finally submitted to Nordyne but ultimately ignored because CAVCO again intervened in the repair process and supposedly repaired the furnace.”
In short, I followed all the directives given by Cavco but I did not and could not know that Cavco had never actually repaired our furnace as they had reported. Given the numerous emails and several visits by Cavco technicians, it is logical that by the end of our warranty I considered that our furnace was 100% operational. Unfortunately, our furnace was never made dependable. Our furnace failed during its first use while we were away.
I have attached copies of several emails between myself and Cavco, pertinent comments are in red. These emails clearly document the manner in which I was unfortunately misdirected.
Respectfully,
[redacted]

StreetPhoenix, AZ. 85014ID: #[redacted]I Owens [redacted] 5/13/2016Dear Conciliation & Engagement Specialist:This is a follow  up letter to our original response sent to you on 4/29/2016I met with  Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] on 5/4/2016 at their home. They showed me 8 tiles that showed signs of delamination. I asked them why they had not replaced the tiles with the replacement  tiles we provided them  along with the $200.00 we gave them for the labor cost of installation. Mrs. [redacted] stated they could not find anyone to install the tile for the amount of $200.00 I told them I could provide them a contractor of ours that would do the work for $200.00. Mrs. [redacted] then stated, what about the rest ofthe tiles in the home. I ask her what  was wrong with rest of the tile because I could not see any issues with  it. She said it had something  coming off it that causes their socks and Swiffer cleaner to turn black.I could not see anything black but agreed to ask the Manufacture of the tile to inspect the tile for them.I've made contact with manufactures of the tile. They have agreed to inspect the tile and will call Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] to schedule the appointment.
