Review: Ordered pizza fro delivery on 12/5 through [redacted] from L Pizza Plus. Had ordered and had pizza from there delivered the previous week with no problem however today when the driver came to deliver called from the driveway so I went out to meet him. The delivery man became very agitated and said we are too far to deliver and became very loud, yelling at me that he would not come here again. I let him know he had lost a customer and would be contacting his manager. I immediately called the restaurant and asked to speak to management. The manager got on the phone, he did not identify himself. I proceeded to let him know what had happened and that I was upset by the way his driver had treated me. The manager started talking over me. I stated how upsetting the service was and that it is unacceptable to be yelled at by a driver. The manager then told me that he would fire the driver when he got back and have the driver bring me a refund to my home. That frightened me, thinking that a person who might be fired would be then sent to my home again. I told the manger I would call the police if the driver came back to my home. The manager replied, you are upset and hung up on me. I am devastated to have been treated so terribly and now frightened. All I wanted was an easy dinner for my family on a Saturday evening and now feel the need to be cautious in my own home. This is not only horrible customer service but damaging to my family. I have contacted [redacted] to inform them that this establishment should not be used and they are also looking into the situation for me however I could not in good conscience not inform the Revdex.com of this occurrence. I appreciate your time.Desired Settlement: At least being refunded would help for the terrible service however it will not change the fact that a possible disgruntled employee now knows where I live. There is nothing that can help that situation. It is truly upsetting.

ID# [redacted] Our delivery range, through [redacted], is set at five miles. The driver informed the customer she was outside our delivery area and somehow [redacted] took the order in error. However, we delivered this order and would be happy to meet her at a closer location for any future orders. We would also contact [redacted] and fix the delivery range issue so it would not happen again. The food was delivered in a timely manner and met with our high standards. She had no problem with the quality of the food and the punctuality of the delivery. The problem seemed to arise when the driver informed her of the delivery range issue. When he told her that in the future, we would have to meet at a closer location. She immediately began yelling and was unwilling to listen to his explanation. The employee told her to contact his manager and left as soon as possible. He is a three year employee with no customer complaints. He understands the value of a happy customer and always treats customers with respect. When she called our place of business, she was irate and unable to talk rationally. She stated that she wanted a full refund. That seemed excessive since the food quality was good and it was delivered in a timely fashion. We arranged a 20% refund through [redacted] and they provided her with coupons for future orders. She accepted the refund. That was the last we heard from her until we received this complaint in the mail. I hope this will help rectify the problem.
