Review: Louis Rosada came to my premises on March *, 2015 to attempt to fix the hot water problem in my 2 upstairs bathrooms. When he came to my house, he brought another gentleman with him for assistance. He began telling me all the things he had to fix, but ultimately when he left, I still had no hot water in the 2 bathroom showers. He charged me $700 which I paid him in cash. He insisted that I needed another part fixed, and I said no more money for nothing else. I had to call another heating plumbing company to come to my house the following day. I showed them my makeshift bill and he quoted it as excessive. He fixed the problem for $81 and was not here longer than 20 mins (which took him at least a few hours of nothing My reason for asking for half of the fee is because he did change some parts but he never fixed my problem at all. I am not sure if those parts needed changing. He never emailed an offical letterhead detailed bill for services or any receipts for parts that I asked him to see. I gave him my email address. He said he had to return to fix something, but I didnt want him to fix or touch anything else on my heating unit as it would cost me more money. My husband and I are seniors and we should not have to be hustled because heating/plumbing is not our trade. If he wants to keep a squeaky clean business, he needs to make amends and give me my money back. I am so glad that I took several days to think on it and decide to fight for what I feel is right. I didnt work to give my pension money to crooks.Desired Settlement: He doesnt have to apologize to me, because Lord only know whom else he has done this to. He has to live with himself for such wrongdoings to people.I want $350 refunded to me for his non service and noncommitment to complete the job as well $81 that I paid to have it fixed by another company. I find this to be fair. This is not a good way to run a business at all.
