I live in Las Vegas - so it is hot in the summer My AC went out on a Wed I called the "home warranty" and was put in touch with this company - L & S AC and heating They scheduled a technician to arrive days later on Friday It's degrees in Las Vegas They should arrive between and They arrived at on a Friday After spending all of minutes looking at the AC, it was determined that the motor is out They do not have the part - and since it is Friday at they cannot get the part They will call tomorrow We wait another day and no call We call tehm, the paperwork is not complete yet WTF? It's still degree and we are in a house without AC now They cannot do anything until they complete the paperwork - but there is no estimate of when that will be done We have no estimate of when this will be done now If you can avoid this company - avoid it like the plague it is!!!

Recommend using another companyI was assigned them through my home warranty companyThey were supposed to call within hours of claim and never didThen when I called I had to wait on hold for more than minutes to even talk to a real personI got an assigned time for work and they were a NO CALL NO SHOWDidn't contact me after their failure to call or show up for appointmentHad to call back and no resolve to issueGot transferred to a supervisor and got voicemailSupervisor also never called backNo apology from them for missed appointment and no rescheduleThankfully after I filed a complaint with my warranty company they were fired!! I got another company that came out the very next day
This company was supposed to comeo ut tonight between 3pm and 8pm to fix my AC but they didn/t show or even call Thanks for leaving me with a degree house and little ones Hope the home warranty company has someone else to send Aslo there is no after hours contact info for them either Great company
This company is extremely unprofessional The technicians are unprofessional, have limited knowledge, and are extremely rude The workmanship is beyond unacceptable Do not use this company
My ac went out at my home I called multiple company's and finally got l and s which came out the same day. My compressor had went out. The technician went over my options and explained them them in detail. I decided to have a new unit installed and they helped me with getiing financing. 2 days later I had my new unit and couldnt be happier. My family is very pleased with our new air conditioner. THANK YOU L AND S
This company has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional. My first experience was last year when the AC went out in June. It took a month to get it repaired and ended up not working. Had to get another company to fix it. Now a year later the same problem. I am a renter and have to go through the property management company who goes through a home warranty company. I don't understand with all the bad reviews and complaints on this business, the home warranty keeps using them. It is 111 degrees in Las Vegas. The AC unit was repaired for the third time on June 29th with a new compressor again. A month later it is not working. They told me this morning that recalls a taken care of immediately, they lied. This company should be put out of business.

After spending all of 2 minutes looking at the AC, it was determined that the motor is out. They do not have the part - and since it is Friday at 6 they cannot get the part. They will call tomorrow. We wait another day and no call. We call tehm, the paperwork is not complete yet. WTF? It's still 110 degree and we are in a house without AC now. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...They do no call, no show...they do not return phone calls. I believe they broke something off our unit and try to file a claim against our insurance. A part they claim that broke off of our unit cost $10, they want to change over $600 to replace... I would never recommend this company to anyone...
