I am rejecting this response because: I am not comfortable with their process and the fact that I do not have my documents. It appears that I am not going to receive my documents. In good faith, I paid $for a service that I did not completely receive. I feel empty, vulnerable, and violated. Since they thought my offer was too much, there must be a dollar amount that they can put on this to make me feel whole again. Thanks!

I gave l&s solutions two documents: my customer receipts and all my personal and company billing and tax information
They did not return my personal and company billing and tax information I told them to hold the receipts until they have all of my documents
They indicated to me that my documents were at the post office being held by security
I am afraid my identity will be compromised

From: Savvy King<[redacted].com>Date: Wed, Feb 8, 2017 at 2:56 PMSubject: Re: We always worked with integrity here at L&S since 1999.   We do not have a vested interest in lying or making stories up about unfortunate events.  We can only control what we can control about packages we ship.  We did everything we could dealing with the Post Office.   We don’t outsource every package at L&S.   Our policy here is to only outsource packages when the work load volume becomes too high to turn a package around in a timely matter. We offered to recreate the documents that were missing from 1 of 2 of the lost package.  Half of his documents did make it back.  [redacted] Taxes were already processed and he benefited from his taxes being processed.  [redacted] asking for a full refund is something we feel is not justified.  To make [redacted] whole from this situation with the post office, we told him that If he ever gets audits, we will be glad to represent him at no cost to him.  Those documents can be recreated.  In regards to identity theft, we were told by the Post Office that any lost mail at their facility will be shredded and destroyed after a certain amount of days.  That is their policy.  Larry H[redacted]

attachment.  It spans from the summer until January of this year.Please let me know if you need any more information.  As far as we know the package is somewhere still in dead mail.I don't know why they pull his package for inspection and why they can't locate the shipment after inspection.  Again his Taxes were filed but he doesn't have his Tax binder.  -- Larry H[redacted]
