Below are the emails I received from [redacted] that the repairs were completed & he was happy and willing to give us a good review with the Revdex.comPlease call me should you have any questions For whom it may concern, I just wanted to let you know that I was very satisfied with the outcome of my work request for the repair of my AC unitI had originally submitted a Revdex.com complaint, due to it not being fixed after approximately work requests, in regards to this issueIf you would respond to my Revdex.com complaint with official resolution notification that we received a new unit, I will respond back to the Revdex.com notifying them of the positive feedback/ resolutionLet me know which route to take

I am rejecting this response because: I never received the final bill for this chargeAlso, because I never received this in a bill form, I am demanding it be removed from my credit reportArrangment needs to be made to resolve this payment and I am more than willing to set something up, but I need this removed immodestly from my report as it has impacted my credit scoreThe apartment complex needs to send me something in writing explaining these charges.

***, I know we have been in touch regarding your payment being withdrawn twice from your accountWe did advise you that the payment was scheduled through your account to be withdrawn automatically which was set up through your portal to be withdrawn on the 23rd of every monthAnd of course
once you received your income to make your rental payment you made a manual payment for the amount to be withdrawn from your accountFrom here we explained that your bank would need to reverse one of the payments as we have no authorization to any payments made through your accountAs for the money order payment we did accept your money order your first month as a courtesy, however as stated in the lease contract we do prefer payments to be made onlineRegarding the two cars that have remained in the parking lot we will have them marked for towing, if no one responds to the notice placed on the cars after days we are able to remove them from the parking lotThank you for addressing these concerns
