We have tried a couple different boarding facilities, and Benacres is one that we trust to care for our dogs and their comfort. Chantel [redacted] is very good with our dogs, is happy to see them, and keeps them in one of the private suites near the front desk which we really like. While we obviously can't see what happens when they are with her care, we trust her and know she is taking care of them. She is only 'open' for a couple of hours in the morning and evening, which I like knowing that there are rest periods when people aren't coming in and dogs aren't barking. Overall we don't have anything negative to say with our experience here, and will continue to come back!
