I just dropped by Five Star Hyundai to see where I stood as far as getting the car that I wantedThanks to Mike *** and Alan *** I drove away with what I wanted and an affordable paymentI drove up in my little Honda Accord and left feel happier than ever in a Chevy TraverseThanks Mike and Alan

I was not given a fair trade in allowanceI am years old and was lured into the dealership by advertisement that, I was a winner of a new carMy Acura was in great condition fully loaded and well maintainedI was not aware of my cars value and fill that I was taken advantage ofI did not fully understand my contract as the sales representative was a very fast pace man and the deal was delivered to me in an envelope very fast

Magee received a phone call from Mr*** on 3/24/inquiring about our services to address a roof leak issue that he had and whether or not it could be fixed or whether or not he possibly needed a complete roof replacementMagee’s adminstaff informed him that a Magee Estimator would
need to visit his home and evaluate his complaint in detail to see what was apparently failing and causing his leak
A Magee rep did meet with Mr*** and discussed that a surface evaluation could be completed within the Magee service callThe service policy was disclosed to Mr***, highlighting the minimum service charge and what was being attempted to be done to his roofMr *** agreed to have Magee perform the service/repair to the areas that were identified by the responding Magee rep
On 3/24/2014: Tech performed and inspection of the entire roof and found two small holes in the roofing shingle in the reported area of the leak by the bathroomTech sealed the holes with *** *** ***, no other visible areas of water penetration were discoveredA time and material invoice was sent out for $
A Second phone call was then received by Mr*** complaining of continued leaking, and on 3/31/a Magee rep was re-dispatched back to the homeThe roof was again checked (at no additional charge) and some additional areas for concern were discoveredApparent defects and possible water penetration points were found due to various high nails beginning to break through the surface of some shingles, and areas that were originally installed and fastened with nails not in line with the manufacturers recommended installation procedures or standard practice were also found
Approximately two to three weeks later a third call was received from Mr***, stating that a leak was still activeAgain, Magee dispatched another tech and another evaluation was completedUpon the arrival of the third response, no additional problems were evident
Mr*** called a fourth time stating he was still experiencing a slight leak and was informed at that point Magee would not attempt any more repairs to another contractor’s work (Magee did not install the original roof), as base layers, flashing and other proper installation procedures could not be verified without stripping the roof off and completely replacing itThe overall evaluation by Magee tech found the original installation was an inferior quality as compared to standard practices and manufacturers recommended installation proceduresMagee tech did inform Mr*** that the apparent issues should be addressed by way of a service/repair before deeming the entire roof in need of complete replacement, thus saving Mr*** thousands of dollars
It was explained to Mr*** that all service efforts have been exhausted within the original call and charge, and the only further option Magee was willing to offer was a free estimate for a complete roof replacementAs Mr*** still apparently does not feel that a Magee rep being dispatched on separate occasions and completing multiple service repairs, for a total cost of $113.08, Magee will refund him his charge of $and request he does not contact us in the future, as Magee does not make it a practice to do business with unethical, unreasonable consumersThis is another perfect example which highlights the need for a BCB (Better Consumer Bureau) which would track all consumers like this that Business’ could review before choosing to even call a prospective client back

After several visits to Five Star Hyundai about the check engine light and being told that I was not putting the gas cap on correctly, I sent my brotherThey tell him on Monday that it is the transmission and they would have to keep the car for a dayWe take the car back on Wednesday for this under warranty repair, just to get a call today saying they have to keep the car until Monday because they have to order the partThey proceed to say the filters need changing and the taillights are outI just took them the car less than days ago for a recall repair and their inspectionAgain nothing is wrong so the manager statedI asked for a loaner car since they would have the car longer than what was stated because they have to order the partThey knew Monday they didn't have the part and failed to do their partdays without out a car because we didn't pay for some extended warranty

I am I loyal customer for years now with nissan
And this particular nissan dealership has really changed my point of view on getting any more cars from nissan
I have been insulted
They try to force a sell and not explain anything you ask
And they get mad at you the customer for asking simple questions like what will the apr be
I literally never had been treated with such rudeness
I will never purchase from nissan again

WARNING!!! Do not EVER go to FIVE STAR NISSAN in Warner RobinsThey are ShadyMy year old daughter (who is a full time student & works part time with a baby at home) bought a car there (which I co-signed for)We have had nothing but problems from the beginningKnowing she is on a limited income, they got the monthly payment down "as low as they possibly could", and we thought that was greatespecially since it included a "FREE" year warrantybumper to bumper, parts and labor, and I commented to the finance manager on how great that was during signingThe signing was done on an electronic keypad with no actual paperwork to look at- (the paperwork had already been explained to my naive year old daughter)We had to go in and re-sign a week later- again on the electronic pad because of some finance issue which increased her payment by a doller and some changeno big dealwe were told there were no other changes besides the payment amountWithin the month, the car (a Versa) needed workand when she called, she was told the payoff was higher than expected, so they removed the warrantyI lost it! First of all, who sells a car and doesn't call to get the payoff at least within the first week? 2nd of all, you cannot change a contract without notifying the customerI called the manager and told him this was illegal and immoral and beyond shadyThe manager assured me that even though the repair shop and salesperson told us there was no warranty, that it was still on the car and had no idea why the other employees had said thatThe car was repaired (for free, no deductible per the contract)Now there are issues again and my daughter is told that her warranty only covers labor- WITH A $DEDUCTIBLE)So I get the original contract they gave her and read itThis is not a free warrantyShe was charged $for this MONTH warranty (so this is NOT the lowest payment she could get), and there IS a $deductible, and she is only covered for years, labor onlyThis portion of the contract is not signed by me as it did not have to do with the financingIt is only signed by herFurthermore, we never got the "booklet" we were supposed to (per the contract) from the warranty companyDO NOT GO THERE AND PLEASE TELL YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS

I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra from Five Star at 3068 Riverside Drive on February 10, 2015. On February 24, 2015 I received a call from [redacted] sales person 2/24/14 stating I need to sign contract again per [redacted] finance manager the VIN# does not match paperwork. I checked my paperwork and the VIN# on the door of the car it matches. I received voicemail from [redacted] finance manager 2/25/15 stating I need to come in a sign contract again , I called and spoke with [redacted] and he transferred call to [redacted] asked me to come in and re do contract because they undercharged me for the car and I explained I will not sign another contract based on two separate reasons that do not make any sense to me, he stated if I did not come in he will put me back in what I came to Five Star in. I refuse to come in on the 24th of February I noticed the drive out sticker tag was missing and I spoke with [redacted] and he had told me I needed to come in and see the finance manager to get another tag.
February 26, 2015, I was heading to work and I pulled up in the parking lot and I looked back to lock my door with the remote lock and I noticed the drive out (card board) tag was missing. I decided to go to Five Star to get another drive out tag and I was approached by a gentleman at the door and he said the finance guy will take care of me. I went to an office in the back and I was greeted by the finance manager and I told him my name and what I needed. I also told him how I was talked to by [redacted] on the phone and he stated he does not believe [redacted] spoke to me in that tone, I said yes he did. The finance manager then identified himself as [redacted] pulled my name up and he leaned his chair back and stated I need to re do contract and I declined another contract. [redacted] left the room and he came back with another finance guy and he proceeded to tell me there was a booking error on the trade and he tried to show me a paper that I signed and I told him all the paper I signed is in my purse. There was a piece of paper I did not sign but it had my signature on it.
I refused to sign it and I he refused to give me another tag. I started walking out the door and he walked behind me and told me if I take the car off the lot he will call the police and have me arrested and what I was doing was against the law, so I turned to him and said “ did you just say you will have me arrested?” he said ‘no”. I was calm, did not raise my voice at this point I am ready to
leave so I preceded to the door and I was approached by at least three more guys and one of them had his hand on the door and stated he was not going to let me leave with his car. There was one guy in front, back and on the side keeping me from leaving. I looked around hoping someone would come and assist me and see what they were doing. [redacted] went out the side door and he park a big gray truck behind my car ( new) so then the guys let me out of the door. During this time I called the police and he questioned me about them holding me hostage and the video being available in the studio. He also asked me, have I ever made a mistake. He did not identify himself and did not give me a complaint number or card.
Later that night around 8:45pm I received a call from [redacted] controller asking if I wanted the title to my 2000 Mountaineer mailed or will I be picking it up. I stated she can mail it and I asked her was she aware of what happened earlier and how I was terribly mistreated by the managers. She said “yes” and on behalf of Five Star and the owners she apologize and there will be actions taken place, she stated could not tell me but it will be handled. On 2/27/15 I returned to Five Star and to meet
[redacted] with the keys to the car and I gave her keys to the truck. I asked her for something in writing showing the car was returned to me. Once I left Five Star it was no longer about the car, to me it was the unprofessionalism of the manager and how they tried to intimidate, held me against my will, fraudulent paperwork I did not have nor sign, harassment, and just treated me unfairly because of a mistake they made I feel the mistake should have been handle by the Five Star without involving the customer. It was their mistakes not mine.
At this time resolution for me would be for Five Star to be investigated.

I bought a brand new 2016 [redacted] (that took forever because of the lack of sense of urgency from finance). Unfortunately the vehicle was totaled 11/2015. 12/2015, I dropped my warranty services & its now March 2016 & they have not handled the situation. Everyone there is more worried about making a sale as opposed to assisting customers. Only 1 finance manager on most days, you get transferred to people who do not return calls. Then when you do hear from them, you get information like we sent a check to the WRONG bank?! & it was for the WRONG amount!!! Or you get information like "oh I'm sorry the 1st person didn't tell you there's cancellation fees & proration involved. I can't buy another car because they can't get this handled. No accountability & they have no process in place that's streamlined for customers. I will do everything I can to spread the word to not purchase a vehicle from them even though some people are nice. If the collective is bad, the whole business is bad. I swear to GOD I will never be affiliated with Five Star in any fashion because of this

On January 2,2015 my 1998 Ford F-150 was taken into Five Star Ford (Warner Robins, GA) for repairs in which my alternator will found to be faulty. Prior to work being performed I told by the service representative([redacted])that I had a check engine light that requires diagnostic check. I was told the check engine light being on was a result of the alternator being bad. I was also told my front brakes were required replacement, which I knew. I was also told my PVC hose had a hole in it. I was quoted a price of $300.00 to remove and replace the hose. I elected to order the part and have it installed by another mechanic. I was showed the location of the supposedly bad PVC line by [redacted] and Ford mechanic [redacted] I paid $55.17 for this part. I purchased the ordered part and took it to another mechanic and was told my original hose was not defective but was not hooked up. I was in the process of being charged $300.00 parts and labor for a hose that didn't require replacement. This is not the way customers should be treated. I spent a total of $741.82 for the removal and replacement of an alternator and replacement of coolant. How can I be reassured that other services were not needed? I had a similar situation with Five Star Nissan In Warner Robins in which my wife purchased a vehicle with faulty tires. Prior to the purchase the sales representative promised her new tires but once the sell was finalized they reneged on their word. Honesty means a lot to me. My time and inconvenience means a lot to me. I have lost all faith in Five Star Ford and Five Star Nissan. I would never recommend theses company to my counterparts.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Sincerely,
[redacted]                    ill take my money back dont like being called unehtical or unreasonablr.some how I am to blame for the job not completed correctly thats insulting.  in one sentace they saving me thousand then another I need new roof. well cant be both.they offered me no estimates for a new roof that just a lie.    all I wanted was done right. its not my fault if they had to come out twice.if was done right we wouldnt be here

I contracted with Magee for the first time recently to replace four windows in my home. Even though I had only a small job, the company returned my call promptly and scheduled an appointment to provide me with an estimate. The estimate was more than reasonable in comparison to other estimates I had obtained with other contractors for the same brand of window. In addition, the company checked out with the CT Dept. of Consumer Protection and with the Revdex.com, although I noted one complaint that was filed with Revdex.com that seemed a bit over the top. Needless to say, Magee delivered 100% and I love my new windows! One of the windows had an issue, but Jason addressed and resolved the matter in an extremely timely manner. I would recommend Magee without reservation. The company, in particular Jason, is awesome and I plan on using them again in the future!

On a rainy day about three weeks back, I visited both Five Star Dodge Jeep Chrysler at Macon and Warner Robins and bought a new 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Regular Cab PU Truck with a teller check without as much as taking the vehicle for a test drive, looking under the hood or kicking the tires.
The Sales Associate was a no-nonsense, frank and efficient Veteran of the USN and I have nothing but praise for his work ethic. However, the environment at this dealer lacks a certain professionalism that I have come to expect and demand from dealers. My check got lost temporarily, there were unjustified delays in processing the deal and finally when we left, we did not get a copy of all the signed documents that we had expected as a routine courtesy. Three weeks later, our phone requests for these copies of signed documents are still to be mailed to us. This shows incompetence or a lack of attention to detail, unpardonable in this day and age of fast and efficient communication technology.

Took vehicle in for repair after [redacted] provided a test slip of what needed to be done. They told me that if I had gone to [redacted] they could go by their diagnostic but not the slip from [redacted]. I cannot afford the diagnostic and I know what my car needs. They told me they could repair but if that did not fix it they would have to do a diagnostic that I would have to pay for. They eventually told me they could not do the repairs until diagnostic was performed. My uncle made the appointment with Five Star and I brought the vehicle there this morning and they refused to work on my vehicle. He stated on behalf of the whole Mazda dealership they would not work on my car.

These people are running a bank scam. They will claim you've been approve and let you leave. Then call you back to sign papers with out telling you what your signing or giving you a chance to look it over. Most of their positive reviews are written by friends and family. Go to the dealership and you'll notice no one wears a tag. Its for a reason. The scam is called car phishing. Look at all of the other complaints.....

I located a Toyota Tacoma online at Five Star Toyota in Milledgeville. The sales representative [redacted] contacted me promptly about my inquiry and was eager to help. After reviewing the photos online I noticed a large dent in the driver door and the rear door as well. [redacted] offered to have a â??paintlessâ? dent repair technician fix the dents if I would provide my credit card information for the $250 repair. On 10/08/14 [redacted] delivered the truck almost an hour late and was lacking some of the paperwork needed, however was in a rush to leave as I discovered many other problems he deiced not to inform me of prior to delivery. The truck was missing a trim piece on the seat, the A/C knob was broken, and the check engine light was on. [redacted] assured me he would fix the check engine light if I contacted him the following day. In the sun light on 10/09/14 I discovered the â??paintlessâ? dent repair was far from that. The technician smeared bondo all over the doors and failed to sand the areas. The paint did not match and was sprayed unevenly all over the doors / windows. I attempted to contact [redacted] by phone and text message for several days with no luck. I decided to send a letter asking for him to contact me so we could address these problems. After several days with no response I called again and was told he did receive the letter but was â??unavailableâ?. I decided to have another company look at the horrible attempt at repairing the doors and was quoted over $500 to fix the mess. After hearing this and not being able to get as much as a returned call, I put stop payment on the $250 credit card charge. On 12/14/14 I was informed by my credit card company Five Star Toyota submitted the charges once again.

I still have not received a call from anyone at Five Star or [redacted] and have reported them to the Revdex.com. My only other course of action is to contact the Magistrate Court in Baldwin County.

Beware! Once they have your money, follow up and customer service is over with.

Our experience with the finance department was a nightmare.
My wife and son purchased a [redacted] in March of 2016. My wife was intending to co-sign to help my son build his credit. After reviewing the documents over lunch with my wife I felt that they were being taken advantage of with a high interest rate and costly GAP coverage. I immediately went to the dealership and discussed this issue with Cory in finance. within 10 minutes they had adjusted the interest rate from 9% to 6%. Still higher than I was hoping for but expected a little higher since his credit isn't the best. At that point I left so my son completed the remainder of the corrected transaction. A week or so later the payment book came to my home and the vehicle loan was in my name. I never signed one purchase document related to this vehicle so I called [redacted] right away. After a couple of weeks of back and forth with [redacted] and Five Star passing blame to each other we still had no resolution. To keep this from reflecting negatively on my credit report we made the first payment while still attempting to worth with both the dealership and bank. Eventually after much time and effort Five Star called my son back in stating they had to switch lenders and had it all "worked out". I made sure to take more time off of work to be there with him and review the proposed new deal. at this point they were attempting to raise his interest rate to 15% and of course payment way above what he would be able to afford. We then demanded that they bring his trade in back to us and cancel this deal. With more confusion and a several more days of this agonizing ordeal they did finally get [redacted] to do the loan and we decided to move forward just for closure although the interest rate was still higher than originally quoted. Not to mention with all of these issues they ran my wife and sons credit application through dozens of lenders after my wife asked repeatedly for them not to do so. I have purchased multiple vehicles through this dealership over my adult life and this is the third and definitely the last time I have had issues with there finance department. There is really no resolution to this matter but I want it on record for others that review Revdex.com prior to dealing with this group. they are full of shady practices and false promises. My credit application was pulled from me purchasing a vehicle with my wife a month prior and inserted in this deal by someone at Five Star finance department. Of course they say It was by mistake.
