On 2/24/L&SWindows Sold *** a Garden Window She Had her own Installer so we Sold her the window with the measurements she asked us to have it made 1/x 1/with two shelves I called *** to Let her know her garden window arrived she sent her Contractors here I Let her know they
needed to bring the balance of the window they came with a credit card which we dont take The Contractor said he didnt feel comfortable writting a check out of his personal account for *** so he went back to her Home to get a check and didnt come get the window for at Least days The Contractors then came picked up the garden window which was wrapped up and had 2xto safly secure it The Contractor had Lots of Debris in his truck they had to move so the window would fit in as they were moving debris around one Contractor responed Im not Installing this window for a few Days as it was freezing outside I dont know when it did get Installed but one month Later *** called screaming at me saying the window Leaked The Sales Rep for the window Company went out to see the window in the pouring rain and The Rep said The window didnt leak while he was there but Contrator said he put a bead of clear caulking and that that did fix the issue I have not heard from *** since the day of pick up of the window she was more angry that we didnt take credit cards *** would be the first Customer in years that has ever had an issue with a window that L&SWINDOWS Didnt Install I truly believe that window if it had a proble it was due to the contrators not Loading it properly or How Long after it got purchased did it get Installed ***. On 6/15/2010 there were 7 [redacted] 100 Series Windows installed. on 11/23/2010 There were 4 [redacted] 100 Series installed. On 10/9/2015 There was a stress crack that was warrantied and installed. on 7/19/10 There were three more [redacted] 100 Series ordered and installed on 8/30/2010 No issues. On...

5/8/2010 4 [redacted] Series were ordered and installed with No Issue's. On 11/10/2010 There were 28 [redacted] 100 Series Installed with No issue's on 11/1/2010 3 [redacted] 100 Series installed with No issues. on 10/3/2012 There was a warrant of 1 Screen and 1 piece of Glass. I [redacted] spoke with [redacted] on 8/28/2015 he told me he has 2 windows that were smashed, I explained we can't warranty that it has to be a stress crack. he called again on 10/5/2015 I spoke with [redacted] again asked him to read the number off the label off 2 he read me 1, I got the sash here I can't warranty any window that is smashed I told him that [redacted] got called, he had a sash here he can pick up and was told that. After 1 year on install we at L&S windows do not go to Home's without a 50.00 charge to install the sash. [redacted] hear's only what he wants to hear. [redacted] called and spoke with [redacted] yesterday and all he did was to yell at [redacted] as [redacted] again was trying to explain we had 1 sash for him that he could pick up but we cant not warranty smashed window's. Please if [redacted] need's a sash for a window that isn't smashed and indeed has a stress crack I need a picture as he knows that and the number off the tag as he know's that as well. Thank you
