Review: I went here to get my front brakes fixed and got the worst service imaginable. My front brakes needed to be repaired so I brought in brake pads to get them fixed. They suggested I get new rotors too so I agreed after it was confirmed that their would be no more squeaking of brakes. After a couple hours I came back to pick up my car and they told me that everything was great and that they test drove it and I would hear no squeaking sounds anymore. As soon as I got in the car I wasn't even out the parking lot and my brakes were squeaking the same. I got out and told them and the guy in charge got in the car with me and was acting like he didn't hear the loud squeaking. He knew that they didn't fix the problem and tried to blame it on the back brakes but I knew it was the front. He said "oh well we can't do anything about it". He went and got one of his workers to drive the car and stop it and it was squeaking as loud as it was before I brought it in. They both knew they were wrong and blamed it on the back brakes because they didn't do their job that they promised me. I told them that they need to fix it because I didn't pay my hard working money for this and they shrugged me off like oh well. They said they are not going to fix them and won't give me a refund I was appalled. It was the worst customer service and vehicle service I have ever been a part of. I wouldn't suggest anyone to ever go to this place. I took my vehicle to another shop for a free brake inspection and they said the back brakes are good and the front brakes the rotor aren't good. So I knew something was wrong with what they did.Desired Settlement: I want my hardworking money refunded and I don't want anything to ever do with them again I don't trust them. They need to be reported and looked at closely because they are running a business the wrong way.

I am not satisfied with that response not one but. They lied and blamed the squeaking on my back when it is the front brakes that are squeaking still. I took it to a shop right after I left and he told me that the back brakes are good and the front ones are the one that are bad. The rotors they put on there were old and not good. My brakes are still squeaking and they basically stole my money and gave me the worst customer service ever!!! Nobody should ever be treated like this and I wouldn't recommend anyone to ever go to that place!!
Review: I attempted to receive a Smog for registration purposes and although my mustang would have passed and he said it did pass he wouldn't submit the certification because one of the tests didn't run properly or completely and it would lower their ratings with whoever audits and over sees the dilligence of this service. I asked to get that statement in writing and he refused and looked at me like I was insane. I don't really care about your ratings, selfish yes, but hey I own it I am human. My car would have passed but you are more worried about ratings are they that low already you couldn't take a chance. All in all very unsatisfied with service that I did not receive and customer relations carried out by employees, I do not recommend anyone go to this location for anything car sales service gas air or even a stick of gum this place needs some serious training and education.Desired Settlement: I would like compensation for the late fee I acquired due to the inability for this business to issue the certification of passing smog in which my car did pass, although I was not charged for what service I did not receive it cost me valuable time dealing with these is and a late fee from the DMV. In a struggling economy I can't have these expenses on behalf of another person wasting my time.

My response, I didn't charge this customer for any services, the procedures I preformed werechecking the the OBD II readiness monitors status of the vehicle and all the monitors where not ready soI decided not to smog the vehicle.
