Mr [redacted] brought his vehicle in to our facility to have an estimate doneOur technician diagnosed the issue on the engine knockMr [redacted] received an invoice for $84.87, shop rate per hour, for the diagnoses and estimate receivedWe do not look into/work on vehicles for free and Mr[redacted] was aware of that We do not offer free diagnoses and estimatesWe are sorry if he felt cheated but we do not do work for free
