Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: " Because I gave them a working fully, 100% functional phone, and they returned to me a 100% Fully not functioning phone" When I took my phone into The L Technology Group, LLC with a replacement screen and tools, they told me they could easily fix thisIt was only cosmeticThey told me they would charge me around one hour of labor, only half of only because I provided them all the replacement parts for a screen replacementThey told me it will be done in a couple hours, but when I stopped back in to pick it up they told me they had to wait for a friend to bring a "heat gun" in, cause they have to warm up the glue to get the screen to come offThey said well, in the meantime I should just switch my service over to a cheap back up phone which I didWhile I was in the store with them, we called the cell service company verizon and [redacted] at this time my phone they were going to work on was 100% functional ( I have evidenece of this from [redacted] as my last call was from the Ltechnology groups officeLater, right before I came to pick up the phone from The L Technology Group, they called me at work and told me to not come pick it up yet, that it would be through the weekend before its finishedI asked them why? And he said well the digitizer needs to be replaced and they have to order that part and that after calling around, the cheapest they could find was dollarsI immediately told them no, im not paying that, im going to come pick up my phone that is working perfectly fine and the issue was only cosmeticAs I arrived at The L Technology Group, They handed me my phone back literally completely shattered and pried all apart in peicesYou could see where there tools they used to pry the screen off damaged the underlying digitizer board I have spoken with Samsung the manufacture of the phone and they have informed me, as well as The [redacted] ***, that the digitizer board DOES NOT have to be replaced in a screen replacement I have further evidence and statements on this that I can provide So basicly, long story short They took on a repair they had no business doing, but as a consumer I trusted there word as specialistsThey broke my phone out of negligence I gave them a fully functining phone (Galaxy sEdge) , and expect to recieve a functioning phone back Sincerely, [redacted] ***

resolve this or small claims court..now here's what we are prepared to do pay the rest of $350 dollars and keep the beautiful job you did with website and move on..we will keep you as hostess but we must move on and get along,we can pay remainder balance on the 1st of july..and I'm sorry for getting angry..what is your answer."The customer failed to meet their obligations under the contract termsDue to the breach in contract the customer will not receive a refundA termination fee along with the outstanding balance is still owed for work performed and completed.We ask that you remove this fraudulent claim from our record ASAP.Thanks,Nick L***CEOL Technology Group855-999-

mr,Nick l*** and Joey his employee are and have been untruthful and dishonest many times *** *** and I have given them even begged them to complete our project and they continued to abuse our kindness,the last e-mail you have from us to Nick l*** again says we were willing to just move forward and finish our website and just move forward after Nick l*** agreed with us he sent me a reply to my last e-mail stating all is well,the next day *** *** walked in to L Technology group to discuss and Deliver the requested information they wanted *** *** approached Joey and was told that Mr.Nick l*** got an attorney and she was asked to leave the premisses in a rude way..Mr.nick l*** changes his mind and continues to make up lies and defend his employees bad buisness behavior and take responsibility for how they treated us we have forgiven them times for bad treatment knowing that *** *** just went through breast cancer and I was fullfiling a dream for her to publish a book about her life and start a Christian ministry to help people I came to them for the job this was when another of Nick l*** employee was working name( lenny)who was also a problem and I was told by buisness neighbors that lenny was crazy and was a problem.we as being Christian and not able to afford high prices by faith believed in second chances and hired L Technology group to create our website for $and we regret it..again Mr Nick l*** agreed to my last e-mail and next day *** *** was told to leave the property and to tell me they do not want to deal with me or see me and that they got an attorney, now we had agreement to complete our website and we will find another hostess Mr.Nick l*** got angry and told me no and it would cost us $10,to own it..so we humbled ourselves again and again were treated and abused our faith and trust in themI have all emails that time after time we agreed and begged them and even took blame so we may have our websiteForgive me for saying this but Mr.Nick l*** is nothing but a liar along with Joey and a thief and caused *** *** much pain and grief and stress and had to take *** to doctors concerning THIER abuse.we got attorney's and will file lawsuit for all money and damages caused to me and *** *** what the law allows we recommend that L Technology group buisness be shut down and that the record show how they treat certain people and lie

The screen replacement for the Samsung S7 Edge does require a...

full digitizer replacement due to the bonding of the waterproof Gorilla Glass, and not the plastic replacement screen that you had purchased previously to repair the issue yourself. After completing a full diagnostic, L Technology Group identified the requirement of needing additional parts; it is impossible to replace just a cracked screen without replacing the attached and bonded digitizer. It was at this point when we contacted you with a new quot. However, due to the cost of the added part, you refused the new quote and discontinued with our services.
