Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I want to start by explaining I do appreciate [redacted] ***'s services for my original hardware problem I also appreciate that he is an independent business person and would not try to rip anybody offI also want to counter [redacted] ***'s statements that I endlessly called him and late nights calls too There was a total of maybe calls to him during the course of my doing business with him.One was to pick up my computer at his home and he took some time to explain to me he installed his corporate antivirus system and how it would work, reassuring me.I may have called him one time after that time, after June of 2013, to ask if it was working, as I was wary I do not clearly recall though, but I definitely would never essentially harass anybody with endless questions I am respectable.One other time I called him was middle of November 2013, when I personally went to see him to be assured antivirus was doing its job My sister got angry with me one day as to why the computer was not working properlyHe checked and told me yes, and I apologized for bothering him I never uninstalled it from the time he put it on, because I still had faith.No one ever did any irresponsible web surfing, how is checking youtube, e-mails, and online websites for news irresponsible surfing?Around springtime 2014, my sister and I were frustrated system was slowing and did not seem to protect our computer that was when the [redacted] Corporate got uninstalled and she bought the regular $40/year program I never once uninstalled the program before Spring 2014, therefore, [redacted] never had to reinstall it.Around late summer of 2014, I called [redacted] one time to kindly request a $refund, and I felt embarrassed, as he said he was with a client and of his, and I was sorry to bother him, but he kindly said he could not honor a refund request.I do not want to bring my financial situation into this, but I feel I should be able to be refunded something for a product I did not benefit from There is a customer service principle here.I do not want to make [redacted] upset but I just thought I would explain myself, and if he feels he will not waiver from his position, whatever happens from here, I suppose I will have to live with Regards, [redacted] ***

I received the complain that *** ***l filed.I will try to explain what was really going on.Unfortunately *** [redacted] has no computer knowledge.I tried to be very understanding to her financial needs and gave her big price brakesI was very patient with her, spending hours on the phone free of charge consulting her regarding numerous computer issues.Because of her luck of computer skills and very bad internet surfing habits and choices she brought her laptop to me several times with serious infections that I removed free of charge because I felt sorry for herI told her that no Antivirus program on earth can be 100% Virus and spyware proofSome Viruses will disable your Antivirus programsAnd I told her that in addition to Antivirus program that I have sold her she needs Antispyware program as well.Endless phone calls were answered often on weekends and late at nightShe was happy and apologetic but kept calling me and I never ignored her calls.There was a point that I deeply regretted that I accepted her as my customer but I was professional and I give her the best of my service at my financial loss!I was shocked that she filed complain because I was sure that she is extremely happy with all the help I have given her with her Laptop.If you would have met *** you would understand how uneasy it is to conduct any reasonable business with herI am not a doctor but in my opinion she has a mental problem and needs helpIt is my opinion I could be wrong.Any other place would have charged her -times more or refuse to deal with herRegarding the [redacted] Corporate antivirus program that I installed for herI have explain to *** ,that this program doesn’t require any annual renewal feesI have told her that as long as this program remains on her computer she will never pay renewal fees, because [redacted] will update the Virus Definition as soon as the new one is available.But if she deletes the program I am not going to service her computer for free to reinstall the [redacted] and clean up for Viruses and spywareBut she did uninstall the program and came to me with serious system infections and as a good will I did clean up her computer and reinstalled the ProgramIt was more than year agoI can’t endlessly work on her LaptopPlease understand my situation I am not a big corporation, I am self employed and every dollar I make counts.What would you suggest me to do ?
