L&W is Lowe's-Victoria's maintenance repair company They do not do repairs directly but instead have repairman in Victoria area It took two weeks to come out for a minute diagnostic check, another week to order the part needed, and still another week to send out a repairman to fix the problem All in all, my Maytag Maxima washer which is still under first year warranty has been unusable for more than days This is totally unacceptable for an appliance that is used daily DO NOT USE L&W HORRIBLE SERVICE, POOR ATTITUDE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
