I asked for the part number and said I would order it while on phone with them I asked them to leave the unit
When I arrived to the condo I took off the top of toilet tank to see the problemIt was very obvious the trip leaver was not Broken a coder pin had I went to the hardware it cost cents and took two minutes to repair?
I am a Professional Commercial landlord both issues were very easy identifiable, I know the difference in contractor
