I redeemed points on Memolink.com on April 3rd with an email confirmation that the reward would be mailed on the 30th of that monthIt is now May 21st and I have not received the reward I also cannot access the site and have not been able to for several weeks

I have been a member of memolink for almost yearsI have accumulated points over this period of time; have NEVER once redeemed my pointsFor about the past year, memolink's site has not been workingIn the past few months, they sent out communication that they would be sg down their site, with last day to redeem points on September 6, I have contacted Memolink numerous times via email, expressing that their site is NOT up and running to redeem pointsThey would respond telling me it is up, and to clear my cookies, etcNOTHING WORKS-their site was and is not up and runningI would like the hundreds of dollars in points that I've accumulated over years be available for me to redeem!

Unable to connect to site for many months to collect $reward for points

This company has deducted money from my account for a product that I obtained They sent a refund to my account, because I sent the product backThey then deducted it again The company rep, ***, claimed that they won the complaint from the Revdex.com, and the company took the money back I think they must be a total rip off I am on my way to the bank now just to see how they allowed this to happen when I had gone through so much with this company last month This business has caused me to have a negative balance again, so here I go placing money to cover the deficit

I have been unable to use the Memolink site for months and on the few occasions when the site is working it will only work a minute or two and it will not accept my password to cash out no matter how many times that I manage to reset it The fact that the site still emails me despite being unusable makes the company seem fraudulent since users can seemingly earn points through the email links and yet have no access to claim rewards

I have tried to contact Memolink many times by emails and phone calls with NO RESPONSE! I have been a Memolink Gold member for many yearsI have over $in points that they owe me

I have completed many surveys from Feb to June plus 6/24,25,and 7/and have not been awarded the points and therefore I can't convert it to cash reward I am owed app75,points for the aforementioned and other surveys completed and recognized by the company as having earned
I have emailed the company and called the CEO ** *** and have not had a personal response

Memolink.com's website has been "down" for several weeks--I can't sign in to my account I emailed several people with memolink for status update because I have points/rewards in my memolink account yet to be redeemed I got no replies to emails I sent on March to the following: *** *** *** ***
Without access to my account or any responses from memolink personnel, I am unsure if they are ever coming back or if they are making me forfeit what I earned through completing surveys
I got one reply (not good enough & didn't address my concern outlined above) from a contact form on memolink's website saying: Hello, Thank you for letting us know about our siteWe are aware of the problem and are actively working on the solutionWe apologize for the inconvenience

I requested a check payment back on March 9th under the agreement that they would send the check in out at the end of March, it is now May and I still have not received paymentThe website has stopped working since then and I have been unable to do anything on the site including logging into my account

Adperio is the business owner of *** - which has been semi-accessible for several weeks but are still sending daily e-mails inviting its members to shop through the siteHowever, I and other members (as evidenced from ***'s *** page) have not been able to receive a direct response as to why the site is not working
I e-mailed the *** staff members identified on Adperio's website on Thursday, March 9, and have not had a response
The lack of response prevents me and other members from redeeming earned points accumulated over several years
