We have explained our procedure ad nauseam regarding product warranty to this customer Just because she does not agree with our procedures does not mean we are going to change them for her We have not heard from anyone at the manufacturer If we do hear from someone, we will proceed as necessary

The Mobile Home Stuff Store has not resolved this issue so I will never be satisfied on how they handled this issueThe [redacted] ** did resolved the issue by sending me a new faucet under warranty without requesting me to send the faulty one back or have me send any moneyThey also sent me a note with this statement, "HERE IS A REPLACEMENT FAUCETWE DO NOT KNOW IF IT WAS OURS BUT WE ARE SENDING YOU A REPLACEMENT" So we have not idea where Mobile Home Stuff Store had received the faucet they sent usWe took care of it on our end with the [redacted] and the [redacted] Even the [redacted] couldn't understand why we had to send another $and send the faulty faucet back to the Mobile Home Stuff StoreThe consumer shouldn't have to do their work and should let people know their policy before products are purchased instead of after the factThe Mobile Home Stuff Store has lost us as customers and I will not be giving any recommendations for their business and productsBoth of the manufacturing companies didn't know where the faucet we received came from and it is obvious either did the Mobile Home Stuff Store as they gave us the numbers to the two manufacturing companies to begin withThey need to get their act together if they want to keep consumers

We are scheduled to repair a corner of the rubber roof on Thursday, May 4th and have confirmed the appointment with the homeowner We did not charge the customer for the 3" foam and gave the customer a credit on the estimate for the difference between the 2" foam we used in order to use the
size of rubber that was quoted on the original estimate Customer accepted the reduced estimate

We have a one-year on our labor for products that we install. If the manufacturer of the product has a warranty, then we extend that to our customers. In this case, the manufacturer of this brand of faucet does not offer a warranty. We explained to the customer that we would
attempt to send her faucet back to manufacturer to see if they would refund any of the cost of the unit, but the customer did not want to pay for a new faucet to replace her existing faucet until we found out whether or not the vendor would offer a refund. We did offer to send the customer a repair kit for the faucet at no cost to her, but she refused our offer

We do not give refunds for our work because we have a one-year labor warranty to make any repairs that are necessary We've offered to repair your closet You've declined our offer If any issue arises with your roof for the balance of the year warranty, please call us so that we may address the issue
