went to purchase a vehicle get there to pick up the vehicle they did not want any of my proof of income just tried to give me any car without anything They misled me supposed to been picking up a Lincoln my mother co signed all I had to do when I went into the place was show my license and they was willing to give me a car I never been into a dealership where they give out cars without showing any proof of anythingI did everything they asked if me to do as far as adding my mother on the insurance which the next morning which was today 23rd they was going to deliver the car to me then go to my mother job and get her to sign as wellNOW there going back on there word they want my mother name to go on the loan as the owner for months by herself while I pay for the car then they will take her offWhich all I had to do was get her as a cosigner and we could get anything we wanted off the lot period because of her credit this place isAd business and I never ever experienced anything
They billed me $1,for a repair that was covered under warranteeI called Ford and they said that my repair was covered and opened a case file and told me to go back to the dealer
When I went back to the dealer a different employee looked on the computer and said there was a bulletin and yes it was coveredMy service rep started double talking and trying to justify his mistakeI had a bad feeling every time I spoke with him I have enough mechanical ability to know when someone is telling me BSI would not recommend this dealership at allI don't trust them
Nov I purchased a used vehichle pd cash and was charged a service and maintenance contractVehicle was sold dealer refused to refund or cancel
CRefuse to cancel or refund on contract # *** and # *** I sold car plus lien was paid have tisent to *** plus have document such as copy of lien release date and copy of title sent to ***There are no liens and Champion ford will not acknowledge papers I have sent from lienholder to pap my refundOr cancel contract*** does not provide lien of release forms notorized that Champion ford have bern saying for months nonowI have been ** 2xonly to have the improper ford say hostility ways that I may get refunded

I write to you with great concern about a situation that I am facing with the car dealership where I purchased my car on February, I went to *** North *** to Champion Ford and traded in my dodge charger for a dodge charger and the remaining balance tacked on to the new loanI signed my loan agreement and thought I was done until they came with a new loan agreement with a different finance companySo I signed the new contract and it was doneI left with my car thinking all was well until January, when my was totaled by someone backing out in front of me on my streetOnce the car was declared totaled, I contact GAP with my policy number and informationThey had no record of me or the contractThey then asked me to contact the dealer and have them call and give them the informationI did that and discovered I was
