***:I'm sorry for the late replyI started on March 13, and this is the first I have been informed of anything of an issue with Ms***. I see she was issued a check that bounced but she has not reached out to us for us to remedy this situation before contacting youI have reached

Customer's product was installed last week Job is complete We appreciate the opportunity to serve the customer and sometimes things happen out of our control We should have initiated better contact with the customer and will work to improve that in the future

Revdex.com:Yes they did finally cancel the contract & did refund our moneyOur issue though is that from what we can gather, the Revdex.com will keep them accredited without addressing the concernsYou also won't go to online complaints
