I am very disappointed with the representatives of LCore Customer Service. I was given the run around and told that the product had been mailed
to me, obviously it was not and now I receive the same promise in addition to a promise to get a refund. Sounds too good to be true I honestly have no trust in them anymore. I would appreciate if they keep a good business practice and refund the $that I in very good faith paid them for a product, that as presented to me was a very good one. This is to update my complaint above, as to the promise made by L'Core's Paris to refund $in addition to another vial of L'Core's Paris Black Mamba Line Correction 13g. I contacted my credit card company and placed a dispute for the charges of $209.40. My credit card company has contacted me and advised that the charges I disputed have been honored. However, the second part of the agreement which L'Core promised, i.e., to send me another vial of their Black Mamba product, as of this date, have not been honored by them. I want to keep this in file, should another customer encounters the same experience I did with L'Core's Paris. Thank you
