I paid a 60% deposit ($1,350.00) for a brand new wedding dress last fall Once I paid the deposit, I never heard from the salon about the status of my dress, and when I should expect it to arrive After numerous follow ups with the salon to check in, I did not receive a clear answer about when I would expect to get my dress With my wedding within a few months away and still no response from the salon, I called one last time to cancel my dress order because of the horrible customer service experience that I had and they did not know where my dress was The salon then told me that they had my dress in their salon but I was not told about this until after the fact that I had called to cancel The salon demanded that I pay the remaining balance for the dress but then I never heard from them again My wedding has come and gone and the fact that they have been silent about asking for the remaining balance of my dress makes me believe that they sold the dress to another customer and re
