Review: Hi my name is Emanuel H[redacted] in June of 2014 I got financed on a 06 impala LTZ from LA Auto rack here in Moses Lake WA, well I was under the impression that I was paying for a Impala LTZ because on the back trunk it said Impala LTZ well in August 28th of 2015 my Impala was rear ended by another vehicle so when the Insurance adjuster came out to assess the damage he then gave me the bad news that my car was totaled he ran the vin on my vehicle and said this is not a Impala LTZ he said when I run the vin its showing LT so after the adjuster left I went down to the local Chevy dealer bud clary of Moses lake asked them to run the vin to see what would come up and LT came up I then went to LA Auto rack to let them know what was going on and now they are trying to blame it on the auction saying that it came from the auction like that and that they had no knowledge of this when my paper work says Impala LTZ that I am getting charged for they also showed me the auction papers showing that the bought the vehicle a month prior to selling it to me I know once you buy a vehicle from the auction they run the vin on it and it has to be inspected from the state patrol before they can put it on their lot so they had knowledge of what they were doing I even went back to the local Chevy company and got a build out sheet on the vehicles vin number and what do you know the vehicle was manufactured as Impala LT I took the proof to them and all they tell me is sorry there is nothing we can do for you and then sales men had the nerve to tell me just think if your car would have never got totaled you wouldn't know nothing that to me is very unprofessional so now my insurance is totaling the car out as an Impala LT all I am asking for is that these guys do not get to do this to anyone else I feel like I was not treated fairly I feel I am a victim of their fraudulent activity and that they are false advertising I just wish that they would stick to their ad in the paper that states "Here at LA Auto it is our mission to give everyone a FAIR CHANCE at buying a vehicle with fair prices" I just wish I would have gotten treated fairly thanks for listening hope these guys can start doing better business and treating people more fairly.

I recently bought a 2005 Ford diesel truck from La Auto Rack for $20,000. I asked them Many times about the head gaskets and if they were ok. The motor is a 6.0 and that was one the the problems many had with this motor. So I ask and they told me over and over again that they were fine. I know other people that also were in line to buy the truck also asked the same questions. They also told them that the truck was in prefect condition, They refered to it as the "holy grail" of trucks. Well I fell for their scam and bought the truck! In the same week we bought the truck we notice it was blowing white smoke we took it to a mechanic and he told us the head gaskets were blown, heads were cracked, and the some of the injectors were bad. This will cost us another $8,000 to fix. We went to La Auto and told them the trucks problem and they told us "too bad". We asked if they could help us and the only thing they came up with is a different mechanic that doesnt even work for them could fix it in his home garage. Now why on earth would I do that! When I told them that that was not an option they said "well to bad then" and hung up on me. This really upset me I gave them a chance to stand by there vehicle and they didnt. I have multiple witnesses that were there when we asked about the head gaskets. I now have a beautiful truck I can't drive that I spent $20,000 on.
