LA Auto Restyling

When the car was purchased it had approximately 146,miles on it The only warranty that I was told that I had or I saw in any of my purchase paperwork was an extended warranty purchased through the financing I attempted to have the car fixed through the [redacted] Warranty hours away that was purchased with the vehicle I was assured that no matter what happened to the vehicle, repairs would be covered I was told I have the best warranty in the nation, only to find out that many mechanics will not work on cars dealing with [redacted] Warranties and the owner of this establishment knew this information

Dealer Response to report dated 1/25/2017*** ** *** was the most rude and abrasive individual that we have ever dealt with in our yrsof doing business.We took her calls, took her vehicle to the service garage for repairs for herWe did block her phone number and would have contacted
the police if she did not leave our dealership as she was very loud and disruptive while in our dealership.The warranty company paid for all of her repairs and will continue to pay for her repairs in the future if neededWe are not willing to give her another car or a financial refund as she still owes $on her original vehicle purchase.Sincerely; Ed *** LA Auto Restyling, Inc
