L.A. Automotive Paint & Collision

I took my car to this body shop on october 14 2015. It was ready for pick up on october 23. When recieving my car back I found that the damages that were done to my car from the wreck were not fix correctly. I then called the shop the next business day which was october 24, I let him know what was wrong with my car. It wasnt fixed correctly from the dents to the paint job and he was like ok you can bring it back. So I later returned it on october 27 for him to fix the problem. So on nov 4 I recieved a call from progressive saying my car was ready and the last day of my rental was for nov 5. I then called the shop to verify the information progressive provide me after being told really my car was going to be ready on nov 6 when checking on my vehicle on nov 2. So on nov 5 I had my cousin to go pick my car up. Before departing the lot she discover that I had no gas and my lights weren't on in my dashboard. I guided her and sent her a picture that it was working prior to her arrival before picking up my vehicle. So I then called the shop and ask him what was wrong with my dashboard and where my gas go. I was assuming he was trying to fix the problem when I didnt hear anything. I called my cousin back and asked her what was he doing , that's when she explained that they where checking my fuse. They changed it out and it blown out again. That's when she said that it was some wiring wrong in my car. I told her I dont no wat it could of been because they where the only 1 touching wires from my taillight. So I told her let me speak with him, he SAYS HE DONT WANT TO TALK TO ME. HE DONT GOT TIME TIME TO HEAR WHAT I HAVE TO SAY ABOUT MY CAR. I later then told her to tell him that the car going to stay there until they fix it in the condition it was in before leaving it with them. It wasn't having those problems before when I got it back on october 24 and prior to that. So the owner just up and left. Im constantly calling him, he's not answering my calls or nothing. I asked my god mom to call and speak on my behalf about getting me another rental or something because I dont have a car to get around. He should of never called them and told them my car was ready and it really wasn't. So late that evening after crying and frustration. I asked my god mom just to go get my car because I can't do without no vehicle and have to work and so on. So as I got it back that night to see what was wrong, nothing on my left side is working and its a wire that loose in the car from I dont know where. When I hit brakes use left turn signal etc is not working blinking or anything. AND FOR MY CAR TO BE GONE 24 DAYS MY CAR ISNT FIXED FROM THE WHOLE REASON IT WAS THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE(BUMPER, DENTS, AND PAINT)Desired SettlementALL I WANT IS FOR MY VEHICLE TO BE FIXED. I HAVE NO WAY IN COMMUNICATING WITH THE MAN BECAUSE HE WANT ANSWER AND HANG UPS BEFORE THE CONVERSATION ENDS. OR HE CAN FUND ME MY MONEY. IF NOT IM TAKING IT TO COURT.

They didn't repair and paint my truck as they said would be done.I paid $2850.00 to repair and paint food truck. Several places on the truck needed bondo and sanding instead they just painted over the rough edges and there were holes, like drill holes they didn't repair. I paid them cash.Desired SettlementI would like my truck fixed right or a portion of my money back if they dont know how to fix it, so that I can get it fixed right.
