[redacted] ,The individual was never my husband, I never had an invoice to write a bad review prior to my [redacted] reviewThe invoice was generated after the review.I paid the bill in full prior to service being doneAt no time during our initial conversation did [redacted] l explain in details or provide me with an itinerary of the services she performed which by the way should have been provided to me at the time of the initial service dated November 11th, 2016.If such conversation occurred, like she states, I would have not hired herIn an email she sent to me on December 29, she stated she normally does and can charge for text messages, phone calls, emails [redacted] also stated she was not planning to charge but now that I made that unfavorable [redacted] review, she obviously changed her mind.Prior to serve, [redacted] told me she would try to serve the individual on the 11/14/or the 11/15/(Monday or Tuesday)We spoke on 11/14/ [redacted] said she would probably go on Tuesday or Wednesday 11/15/or the 11/16/instead.At the time when service wasn't completed, I would call [redacted] to get updates on the statusI called her again on 11/17/to see what the status wasShe stated she still hasn't had time to do the jobShe also stated she had something going on over the weekend but she was going to try the following weekMonday 11/21/was extremely rainy, so I understood the circumstancesOn Tuesday 11/22/the individual finally got servedI also have all text messages, [redacted] messages, emails, phone calls etcif neededI’m requesting that the new invoice generated as a resolve of this dissonance be retract.Regards, [redacted]

Hello,This is the first notice I have received about this. [redacted] hired me to serve her ex husband papers because she said she was having a hard time getting him served. I had him served and submitted the paperwork back to her in a very timely matter. She was so pleased she even text me and...

responded, "yay! You are a lifesaver! With this?? Emoji. I still have the text. I told her I was happy to help and if she could put a 5 star review on [redacted] I would appreciate it. She said she would. I originally quoted her $100 but I did tell her at the time it could possibly be a range of $100-$400 depending on time it takes, phone calls, text messages, and emails. The ending invoice is due. I believe she put a negative review on [redacted] to get this invoice dropped as blackmail. Her review is false, and considered defamation of character, in which I am persuing legal action for the invoice to be payed and defamation of character. I have many reviews on [redacted] and all are 5 star. I have been in business over 10 years and take my work very seriously. [redacted] has 3 reviews on [redacted] and all are negative. I feel she uses [redacted] for retaliation. If you would like me to provide proof I can provide it.Thank you.
