I moved into my house mid November 2013! On July **,@ [redacted] Brexten Propane disconnected the line from the house to tank while I was not at homeTHERE WAS NO NOTICE! The reason it was disconnected was I didn't use as much propane as the people that lived there before? Inactivity tank @ 40%! Really? Because everyone at Brexten leaves at 5P.MI had no hot water for 1/hours thru no fault of my ownI only use propane for Hot waterI felt violated that a utility company would take such drastic measures to sell more propane! Inexcusable! At first the secretary was not very concerned about my problemAfter several phone calls I did get an apology, but that still doesn't make it right or help you get over the shock they can do what ever they want! They don't care about the customer! I am writing this because if they will do it to me, they will do it you! I would think long and about using Brexten Propane for anything!
