information and reason for complaint.   However we do need further information to better resolve this matter.  Unfortunately at this time we are unable to further investigate the complaint due to lack of information provided. In order to check up on the status of the costumer's complaint; we will need further information such as the last 4 numbers to the card in order to proceed with resolving the costumer's complaint. We did try several attempts to contact the costumer at the telephone number and email provided but we did not have any success.   We a truly sorry for any inconvenience, please accept our most sincere apologies.
