washer was broke as well!!!!!!! I then went to the business in person and they said that they would get another one the next day which they did. I'm very disappointed with the way this was handle and the way I was talked to by the appliance manager who didn't want to hear my complaint ..... I just think that after spending [redacted] there in less then a year they could of done something other then make me go 2 months without a washer. I think that there is a problem with this type of washer and the least they can do is extend the WARRANTY or give me my money back because I know this one isn't going to last either ..... The proof is there I got one washer that lasted 6 months then a new one that wasn't even working so this one I don't have high hopes for.
