Review: I attended [redacted] when it was known as LA Boxing from September of 2012 until January of 2013, at which point I cancelled my membership in accordance with their policy. My account was closed out until they suddenly started charging me membership fees again ($64/mo) over a year later from May of 2014 until now, when I discovered it (January 2015). I did not reopen my membership, authorize these charges, or have any communication with them at all before this happened - in fact, I was out of the country for most of May 2014 and have since moved to another state. I have been trying to contact the gym to resolve the matter for almost two weeks now and have not gotten anywhere. They do not respond to emails and their answering machine is full. The General Manager, [redacted], who I spoke to over a week ago was supposed to follow up on this and call me back, and he has not. I have called back and left him messages repeatedly with other desk workers, and he has not returned any of them. Nobody will give me the contact information for the franchise owners to resolve this directly. In the meantime, I contacted my bank to have the last three months of charges reversed from my debit card. Once I did this, I started receiving collection bills with over a hundred dollars in late fees and processing fees. I again called to complain about this and nothing has been done, despite the fact that I previously instructed [redacted] to stop charging me for membership this month and that they had no right to have charged me for previous months. This is theft, and it is unacceptable. It needs to be stopped before this business ruins my credit score, and [redacted] needs to be held accountable. I would like [redacted] to refund me for the 9 months of membership fees they fraudulently charged me (May 2014-Current = $576) and to remove all late/processing fees that were placed on my account after my credit card company rejected their latest charges. They need to tell their collection agency to stop contacting me about these bills and that the matter has been settled. I would also like them to remove all of my information from their system so that this cannot happe
