Review: I purchased a 3 month tanning packing to tan unlimited for 3 months and receive one month free. The first month I paid for and the second month was to be free and the 3rd and 4th month would be charged monthly. After 2 weeks of using the tanning salon, I spoke with an associate about the quality of the tanning beds and explained that I had been tanning for 30 + years and was not getting tanned from their beds. I asked to cancel my membership. I did not want a refund for the 1st month , however I would agree not to use the beds for my free month or the subsequent months I was signed up for. She stated that other people also had this complaint before and that usually that do not allow a cancellation. She explained she would call her manager and call me back. The associate called me back and said the manager was not authorized to allow a cancellation, however she said I could email the owner and explain the situation and see if she would give me the permission to cancel. I immediately emailed the owner and asked for a response. And I still have not heard back from the owner. I called the salon a week after I emailed to see if maybe they contacted the associate to allow me to cancel when I came in or called again, and she said she had not heard anything either. I signed up in March, paid for March; April was to be my free month, as of May 1, they charged me for the monthly fee even though I have not used their services since March.Desired Settlement: This was a new salon that I saw advertised in the [redacted] Magazine, and its about 10 minutes from where I live, so I wanted to try them out since they are closer than the other places I usually go. I am not satisfied that I am being forced to pay for services that are not up to standard and I cannot use and get the desired result that they advertise. I would like a refund for May's membership and to not be charged for June's membership. I used the salon in March so I am okay with paying for it even though it would be great if I did not have to pay for March since I was not satisfied with the usage, however at the time of my request to them I did not request March's membership money to be refunded, however I would like to have May and June not charged to me.
