I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint I am somewhat certain he saw the damaged downspout while we were talking and he was getting paid after the job was complete as we were standing right beside it the entire time and he even made a comment about the new guttersI cannot prove that and it is just hearsay, so I won’t accuse him of that outright and the entire time we were talking I kept staring at the damaged downspout and wondering if that was there before he started cutting the treesHaving that little bit of doubt at that moment and no proof, I am respectful enough not to accuse someone unless there is certainty and I didn't want any conflict over small damage where materials would only cost $+ labor($minimum charge for someone to come fix professionally) and the only reason I know that is because I used to own part of a gutter/siding company years ago, so I have also walked in the shoes of a small business owner and I understand what it is like dealing with "hard to please" customers, which I am definitely not, but I do understand that accidents do happen and nobody is perfect, but when I am essentially called a liar and in the manner which [redacted] responded, he has left me with no choiceWhen my wife confirmed there was no damage before and the gutters were just a few months old, I still wasn't going to tell [redacted] or complain in any way as I had no evidence supporting the claim and I did already pay himThe picture he sent me showing no damage prior to him starting work is the only reason I notified [redacted] as I felt this was sufficient evidence that his crew did the damage and that him being owner of the company, at the very minimum he would want to know, just like I would, as like I said, I have walked in those shoes beforeWhen I did notify him and he told me the trashcan was used to block the downspout and the damaged happened after the trees were cutI relayed his story to my wife and she then realized how the trashcan became damaged also, with warped/bent wheels which will not roll and the trashcan is not even functional as it won’t move without dragging itThankfully [redacted] admitted to his crew using the trashcan to block the downspout, which shows the story of how the trash can became damaged along with the downspoutIt became obvious to me that the trashcan was surely used to block the downspout and there must have been some incident which pushed the trashcan into the downspout and the wheel hit the downspout elbow and crushed itIn my picture of the damage you can even see where the concrete possibly looks freshly chipped/scraped (by the lighter coloring of a chip and the black marks which would be from the trashcan wheel) which even further supports the presumptionI cannot consider any other options of how the trashcan and downspout were damaged, because I am 100% certain that the damage happened the day [redacted] Bridges Tree Service was at my house, if I had any doubt I would never even hint at an accusation towards anyone and I would also never even express the concern to anyone assumed responsible unless I could at least remotely support such a claimEither [redacted] was there when the damage occurred and will not admit it or he won’t consider the possibility that his crew did the damage while he was absent, because I assure you without a doubt that the damage happened the day [redacted] cut the treesTrash collectors???- for one- I am not aware of any trash collectors that actually take your trashcan up your driveway to your house, two- the trashcan didn't move and was in the garage where ***/his crew left it while we were out of town and we weren't even living in the house full time yet, so we didn't need trash pickup until we were back in townAnd I'm not sure of the relevance of his statement regarding the stump debris, but the debris are still there exactly where they left it and has not been cleaned up yetSee the attached picture of concrete splash guard that appears to have chipped concrete and black marks from trashcan wheelThe marks on the downspout elbow are dark/black also which I initially thought his stump grinder guy ran over it somehow, but the puzzle came together when we realized the trashcan wheels were ruined, which are a rubber material that will rub/scrape off when agitated

We used Tony Bridges Tree Service this past week, 9/ I can't tell you how pleased we were with him He was a wonderful person to do business with He is very honest and told us everything we could expectThey took out very large dead trees and removed stumps They hauled off all the debris and left everything clean We had no damage and would recommend him to our friends and familyWe will definitely use him again,

Is it possible to change the status of the complaint or retract it if necessary? I don't think the status of unresolved is fair to *** or myself and the damage from an unresolved complaint isn't warranted from the situation*** called me directly and we discussed the situation and are going to meet and discuss each side of the story and I honestly don't think it is fair to have his record tainted in this way based on some miscommunication and misunderstanding on each of our partsHis reputation is impeccable and he told me that he has never had a complaint and he didn't know how to handle it and he admits that he should have handled it better, just like I admit I should have been more prompt at notification and given more opportunity to discuss the situation rather than hastily escalating the dispute and involving the Revdex.com, which is no doubt a route to be taken as a last resortI seriously hope that *** and myself can work this out and his public record can remain perfectPlease let me know

We have been in business since and never had a complaint. We do excellent work! We have won the *** *** Super Service award the last four years in a row. The job was complete and there was no damage. I met with the customer after all work was complete and
we did our routine walk around prior to getting paid. He made no mention of any damage and I observed no damage. He paid me and I thought all was well. Not sure where he is going with the picture I sent of the job in progress. He states there was no damage in the picture, that is correct; there was no damage in the picture and no damage when we did our walk around and collected payment. He contacted me app weeks later stating the gutter was damaged. I told him on the phone that I observed no damage when we did our walk around and if he saw something it should have been brought to my attention then. I asked why he waited so so long to call and he said he was on vacation. When I inquired as to who may have been working on the property during the weeks after we left he stated no one. I was curious because we agreed to leave the stump debris and he was going to clean it up himself or have someone else come do itHe would not even consider that it could have been the trash collectors. When I restated the fact that during the walk around I noticed no damage the phone went dead. I was not sure what happened so I called back. He answered and I tried to get him to put himself in my shoes: I have no idea who may have been working or visiting his house in the weeks since we left. No complaint was made at the time of payment and no damage was observed even though he states he saw something but didnt say anything. I told him that I did not feel that we did any damage but did ask him what he was wanting me to do. He stated nothing that the down spout bottom piece was only $and he hung up on me again. I have no idea what they are talking about now in ref to the damaged trash can. If he truely observed damage and just needed to check with his wife I feel that at least he should have called that evening or even the next day so I would have had an opportunuity to respond and see for myself Waiting almost weeks to call is unfair and even suspicious. Please weigh this complaint carefully and call if you have any questions

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
I am somewhat certain he saw the damaged downspout while we were talking and he was getting paid after the job was complete as we were standing right beside it the entire time and he even made a comment about the new gutters. I cannot prove that and it is just hearsay, so I won’t accuse him of that outright and the entire time we were talking I kept staring at the damaged downspout and wondering if that was there before he started cutting the trees. Having that little bit of doubt at that moment and no proof, I am respectful enough not to accuse someone unless there is certainty and I didn't want any conflict over small damage where materials would only cost $20 + labor($100 minimum charge for someone to come fix professionally) and the only reason I know that is because I used to own part of a gutter/siding company years ago, so I have also walked in the shoes of a small business owner and I understand what it is like dealing with "hard to please" customers, which I am definitely not, but I do understand that accidents do happen and nobody is perfect, but when I am essentially called a liar and in the manner which[redacted] responded, he has left me with no choice. When my wife confirmed there was no damage before and the gutters were just a few months old, I still wasn't going to tell [redacted] or complain in any way as I had no evidence supporting the claim and I did already pay him. The picture he sent me showing no damage prior to him starting work is the only reason I notified [redacted] as I felt this was sufficient evidence that his crew did the damage and that him being owner of the company, at the very minimum he would want to know, just like I would, as like I said, I have walked in those shoes before. When I did notify him and he told me the trashcan was used to block the downspout and the damaged happened after the trees were cut. I relayed his story to my wife and she then realized how the trashcan became damaged also, with warped/bent wheels which will not roll and the trashcan is not even functional as it won’t move without dragging it. Thankfully [redacted] admitted to his crew using the trashcan to block the downspout, which shows the story of how the trash can became damaged along with the downspout. It became obvious to me that the trashcan was surely used to block the downspout and there must have been some incident which pushed the trashcan into the downspout and the wheel hit the downspout elbow and crushed it. In my picture of the damage you can even see where the concrete possibly looks freshly chipped/scraped (by the lighter coloring of a chip and the black marks which would be from the trashcan wheel) which even further supports the presumption. I cannot consider any other options of how the trashcan and downspout were damaged, because I am 100% certain that the damage happened the day [redacted] Bridges Tree Service was at my house, if I had any doubt I would never even hint at an accusation towards anyone and I would also never even express the concern to anyone assumed responsible unless I could at least remotely support such a claim. Either [redacted] was there when the damage occurred and will not admit it or he won’t consider the possibility that his crew did the damage while he was absent, because I assure you without a doubt that the damage happened the day [redacted] cut the trees. Trash collectors???- for one- I am not aware of any trash collectors that actually take your trashcan up your driveway to your house, two- the trashcan didn't move and was in the garage where [redacted]/his crew left it while we were out of town and we weren't even living in the house full time yet, so we didn't need trash pickup until we were back in town. And I'm not sure of the relevance of his statement regarding the stump debris, but the debris are still there exactly where they left it and has not been cleaned up yet.... See the attached picture of concrete splash guard that appears to have chipped concrete and black marks from trashcan wheel. The marks on the downspout elbow are dark/black also which I initially thought his stump grinder guy ran over it somehow, but the puzzle came together when we realized the trashcan wheels were ruined, which are a rubber material that will rub/scrape off when agitated.

We used Tony Bridges Tree Service this past week, 9/2015. I can't tell you how pleased we were with him. He was a wonderful person to do business with. He is very honest and told us everything we could expect.
They took out 2 very large dead trees and removed 2 stumps. They hauled off all the debris and left everything clean. We had no damage and would recommend him to our friends and family.
We will definitely use him again,
