When I saw my room advertised on hotels.com it advertised that it's slept 8 people when I got to the room it had two queen beds and to dirty futons they don't give any linens for the futons that they call sleeper sofas they don't give any towels for the guest they don't have fire alarms in the rooms there's a very large sign in the front of the hotel that says this is not a hotel my family got stuck in the elevator and we had to be rescued by Las Angeles fire department when speaking to the general manager *** about the incidents she continued to tell me that she would refund my money and never refunded my money they advertise the hotel as non-smoking but my son had a cigarette butt flicked at him on the way to the lobby because clearly people are smoking right in front of the building the building is not safe and according to the signs out front they do not have proper permits to be running as a hotel
Billing Adjustment I would like my money refunded due to the fact that the room was falsely advertised it was disgusting and dirty and we were stuck in the elevator, also I have digenerative disc disease and am disabled and was forced to use stairs to get to my room, after the elevator broke.

Business is claiming they never advertised that the room sleeps eight people I have a picture
This guest had issues from the beginning of her stay because we had no parking for her family van. We clearly show we have NO onsite parking and only street parking. From her arrival she asked if she could cancel her reservation and get a refund since we had no parking. I told her that unfortunately we offer no refunds for lack of parking. She then went up to her room and complained we had no bedding for the sofas which we immediately took up and made the sofas for her. The following day she went into our 4 person maximum elevator with her 7 children and herself and got stuck in the elevator. This family had daily issues but still managed to stay the entire time. I have had multiple conversations with *** as well as her husband. The property did state we would refund 1 nite stay for their issues but the husband declined since he said it was either a full refund of the entire stay almost $800 dollars or nothing. I did inform him that we could not do that and then they submitted various negative ratings online and submitted this complaint.

The manager is lying, there were never any linens offered, no sign on elevator posted of maximum 4, after discussing refund in person, money was fully refunded and immediately taken from my account 2days later. I will be taking them to small claims court. I do have pictures to prove no linens were offered no towels were offered. She never discussed half refund will not return calls and had me wait for the entire 3 night stay with my 6 children for the owner who never showed up. Hotel is still advertised as sleeping 8 people on ***. I am not the first guest to have this experience, others have also had issues. I can submit all of my pictures of their accomodations including the fact that there was NO FIRE ALARM. There also was NO PERMITS for that elevator to be moving at all, I have left reviews on as many websites as I can to save any other family from this horrible horrible place, and will continue to do so until this is resolved.
Everything was furnished to the guest. She stayed at our property for 3 nights and find it highly irregular that if they did not get blankets and towels they would not have asked for them.
I never promised her a FUL refund. I told her I would see what we could do for her. I spoke to her husband and emailed with him and told him *** had approved a 1 nite stay of $179 refund for their troubles. The husband declined and said if it wasn't a full refund he didn't want anything. At this time, this is still the only thing we can offer them.

During my stay I walked across the street to the store and purchased towels. I would accept a refund but NONE has been offered, money was refunded and immediately taken from my account 2 days after check out. Manager NEVER answered any calls or responded by email to settle this. For the record I never asked to cancel my reservation when I arrived due to the fact it stated NO refunds. The hotel is falsely advertised and misleading on top of all the trouble and horrible service. I had fire and rescue on the way when stuck in the elevator with no permits that wasn't working for 2 years prior (according to tenants) before the manager responded at all, her first thought was to call maintenance. I could go on and on. Health department should also go and see about the mold all over in the bathrooms as well, it can't be safe, I came back from that trip sick as well maybe due to the dirt and mold.
