many of the items that Bob mentioned were untrue Below is a list of the statements that Bob listed that are untrue statements:We wanted a lower diamond on the band It was agreed upon in person because of ***'s position in a hospital She would not have asked for a higher band When I mentioned that they said this she was shocked because that is not what she saidWe did not agree to do the ring in platinum We agreed to get a quote, which Bob said he would do After several weeks of not hearing anything I needed to follow up with him Which you can see in the email he provided that he still provided a quote for white gold and platinum So if we agreed to do it in platinum why would he provide a quote in white gold? I only proceeded with the platinum because Bob's email clearly states that they were out of stock in white goldThat email is from 4/6/Bob never told me he would be at an industry related seminar in DC In fact, this is the first time I've heard of that When I came to the store on the 11th of April asking why I haven't heard back they said he was out of town and wouldn't be back until the following week No one even then mentioned where he was, just that he was out of townI had the means to pay for itIf I didn't how would I have purchased the $3,wedding band two months later? When Michelle presented the financing option with no monthly payment and as a loan I accepted Why wouldn't I keep more money in mutual funds or savings accounts and gain interest off of it That is just smart analytical financing Unfortunately, she was wrong in her presentation I wish I would have read everything fully, but when you trust someoneI was late on my first payment, yes absolutely What they don't know (and quite frankly I don't know how they could find out that information of me being late) is that Synchrony was aware that I would be late because of, as Bob would call it in his email, "snafu" The late payment was immediately taken off my record and has not appeared on my credit reportScreaming? Upset, yes absolutely But screaming? That never happened I'm sure they have tapes and potentially audio recordings of their jewelry store You could take a look at the tapes and see if screaming occurredI never requested the ring be free That is a farce The ring is $7,500; to ask for something that expensive be free, completely unrealistic Did I ask to have a discount, you better believe it But free!?!? Never occurredCAD sketches? Really? When did they send those? I didn't receive them Who did they send them too I hope the Revdex.com asks to see those emails that they send with a CAD sketch I'd love to see them too. Things I'm curious about that they didn't respond to:Why did the quote take so long? When he said it would take 2-weeks to create the ring, why did he wait so long to follow up?If he was going out of town to DC for a conference Why didn't he call me back on that Friday like he agreed to Or let one of his other employees know?Why did Michelle submit the loan for $4,instead of the approximately $1,400?Not really a question, just a statement on this one How did the owner of a company not know that they were working with a Credit Card company?As you can see there are nine inaccuracies with their report and three major questions they didn't answer and one statement Several of the inaccuracies are verbal items that are he said vsshe said Unfortunately impossible to prove However, several are ones that can be proven as inaccurate For instance the CAD sketches, the screaming, and the ring being in platinum instead of white gold. Bob is accurate in that we will never recommend them to anyone We are not a satisfied customer As I stated in my initial complaint I strongly urge the Revdex.com to lower their rating Again, I don't want them to go out of business or anything like that, but I don't want my friends or anyone to go through any experience like what I had with them I hope they can learn from this experience

many of his statement is again inaccurateHow is the $1,savings in response to Synchrony? The reason I ask this is as you can see in the attached documents that they offered that $1,credit towards the wedding bands because of the mistakes they made prior to Synchrony You can tell this because the email attached was sent the day I picked up the engagement ring and the day I signed up for Synchrony It wasn't until a week or so later when a credit card showed up that I realized what happened So how can they be giving me a $1,credit on something that had not happened yet? Again, I am curious to some of the aforementioned questions that are not being answered and I hope the Revdex.com requests information regarding them Specifically the CAD sketch And the screaming I seriously cannot recall the last time I was screaming.I just feel that there are so many inaccuracies throughout this entire process.I am extremely pleased to learn that the employees are Argo & Lehne are taking a training with Synchrony This is fantastic news! I am grateful that this process will help future Argo Customers to not go through the same unfortunate process I am going through

$7,limit for an engagement ring only.When queried if it was for just the diamond, the entire ring, or the wedding ring and engagement ring, he said theentire engagement ring - he would deal with the wedding ring later, he wanted his fiancee to choose and they hadnot picked a date yet.She came in and chose the ring style - height of diamond was discussed and it was decided she would try theslightly higher option as setting lower might entail the wedding ring not fitting flush - she opted for twin weddingrings to flank the center one and fit flush.We agreed to proceed with the engagement ring in platinum provided it came in under budget and could be donein - weeksWe were to get a quote for the wedding rings but there was no urgency as the wedding had notbeen set and was to be some time off.He called after weeks, said he had not gotten his quote for the engagement ring and that he needed the ring thefollowing FridayWe gave him a quote in platinum and white gold, although that had not been our originalunderstandingHe proceeded the platinum quoteI told him the ring would be ready when he wanted it.I told him I would be at an industry related seminar in DC and my Executive Director would handle the deliveryWehad the ring ready when he first asked for it, weeks from the original decisionShe does not remember beinggiven a heads up as to the hand off and it took a few minutes to find the ring as it was still in the appraisaldepartment.It was just under the budgetWhen he came to pick it up, he did not have the means to pay for it and thought hecould take it and we would send him a billWhen the sales person requested payment he started screaming at herwhich attracted the attention of the other staff and clienteleHe said he wanted the ring for free because we hadscrewed upTo pacify him, she offered the wedding rings at half price since he had originally expected just one andhis fiancee wanted 2.She offered him Synchrony financing and it was approvedThe paper work he signed clearly indicated the terms ofcreditmonths no interest with minimal monthly paymentsHe was late on the first paymentThir could bewhat affected his rating.He came in to the store again and started screaming about his credit score and wanted us to undo everything andlet him pay us directly over time and let us assume the riskThe financer said their relationship was with him, notus and we could do nothingHe could close the credit card aspect, change the amount available to him, andcontinue to pay as agreed, or he could pay it off and use another form of creditBut they said they could not erasethe recent credit activity.We sent CAD sketches of the wedding rings, they were approved and we proceeded to make and deliver both rings.He picked them up without his fianceeI ran into him in the parking lot and he told me he would report us to theRevdex.com and tell all his friends to avoid usI said was sorry he felt this way and what more could we doHe said wecould do nothing, I would not see him again and he would do his best to protect anyone he ran into from us, bytelling his story.It is my understanding we are pre-committed to the customer care program, and would like him to be a pleasedcustomerIt seems there was misunderstanding which he feels cannot be correctedWe have been around almosta century and last time I checked had no complaints and an A+ ratingPlease let me know what more I can do tohelp.Warm regards,Robert Argo
