Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The response is so far from the truth that it is hardly worth addressing However, I will once again state what really happened I made a special trip to the restaurant and politely asked that the "old" certificate be honored to some extent The two employees gave no consideration at all to my request, which was made because there is no expiration date on the certificate and the restauarant is still in business They have no intention to honor this certificate Their response is a farce What difference does it make if the restaurant has only two of the original three owners?! We are talking about $75, which would have likely been only a small portion of the dinner bill had either one of the two employees understood good customer service No "demands" were made No fingers were "given." No "shouting battles" were waged despite what their fictitious witnesses might be asked to report Bottom line---they now have the audacity to suggest that they would have honored the certificate had I behaved better!! They flatly refused, tried to say that the certificate had expired, mumbled something about one of the owners being away (Germany perhaps)...and then literally turned their backs on a potential new customer I intend to report this to the Deparement of Consumer Affairs unless a refund is given Regards, [redacted] ***

I doubt that he admitted the way he treated us First off, he brings in a “Gift Certificate” that was well over years oldOf course we have to examine itBut, he refused to listen to reasonThis restaurant originally had three owners, now it only has two If [redacted] had acted like the “Gentleman” he expects you to believe that he did, Perhaps this would have a different outcomeIt’s difficult for me as a Respected Businessman in my Community to be treated like this by someone who shows up with a “Gift Certificate” that is “plus years old” and Demands we honor it My witnesses will provide upon written request from the “Revdex.com”, their statements in writing

Being a Professional and in Business for over 30 years, we have clientel coming here from all walks of life. Judges, Lawyers, Congressman, Senator’s, Mayors, just to mention a few.

First off, he brings in a “Gift Certificate” that was well over 20 years old. Of course we have to examine it. But, he refused to listen to reason. This restaurant originally had three owners, now it only has two.
If [redacted] had acted like the “Gentleman” he expects you to believe that he did, Perhaps this would have a different outcome. It’s difficult for me as a Respected Businessman in my Community to be treated like this by someone who shows up with a “Gift Certificate” that is “20 plus years old” and Demands we honor it.
My witnesses will provide upon written request from the “Revdex.com”, their statements in writing.
