Review: I order 3 dozens of favors for my babyshower. The lady/employee said it would be ready in 1 week. I paid all the dozens in full. Called lady severals times and she says she had not even checked her warehouse to see if what I paid for is available. Asked lady to cancel everythig and give me my money back. Lady said she can't give me my money back because she does not have it all.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. I had paid everything in full because I really wanted the babyshower favors. I don't understand what was the hold up on it or to let me know wether she had stuff or not. And now I don't understand why the lady says I can't get my money back when I paid it all in full to her. I feel like I got robbed and now that she has all my money she is giving me the run around, not wanting to give what I paid for neither my money back.

Consumer states that she contacted the business directly and the business has gone ahead and returned her money for the items not received. The business was not happy about it but the matter is considered resolved.
