La Concrete Construction

Review: Stamped concrete patio poured at the beginning of fall 2012. Sealant put down when temperatures began dropping below 40 degrees. Patio had white film where sealant did not dry properly and edge around the patio also left uncolored and untreated, appearance is not appealing. I contacted owner, [redacted] before winter requesting the raw edge around the patio and the white film be corrected, he came out, said will do in spring of 2013. Since that time I began contacting him since early April to come and correct, he has promised 5 times to do so, he did show up 2 hours late on 6/29/13, put down new sealant on part of the patio,said he would come back on Wednesday 7/3/13 to complete the outer edge and colored border since there is raw concrete in border. Once again he did not show up and he has never initiated any contact to me when he does not show up for the appointment to correct. He has been paid in full for the initial contract, $1,600.
