Regards,
[redacted] The service was a teeth cleaning. I believe I was a victim of elder financial abuse. Seniors are vulnerable to exploitation . I feel this is a case of deception, and I was prey for greed. Dr.[redacted]'s misrepresented herself in her advertisement  brochure as belonging to the American Dental Association. This was false advertisement which I verified on July 23,2015. She also advertised digital x-Rays and teeth cleaning for $59. Dr.[redacted] does not practice "Good faith". She is a predator who has practiced a scam on an elderly person. A teeth cleaning is a teeth cleaning and nothing more. My past dentist and hygienist always complemented me on the way I take care of my teeth. If verification is needed please contact Dr. [redacted] located in Vista Ca. His number is [redacted]. I have been a patient of Dr.[redacted] for 30 years. However when I retired from the education field my insurance changed. If I didn't have insurance I was told that I would have been charged an additional $1,112. When I entered La Costa dentistry and orthodontics office I was charged a $5 dollar co-pay in addition to the $345. For a total of $350 out of pocket. This business has engaged in senior fraud. Dr. [redacted]'s has practiced misrepresentation. This doctor preyed on a vulnerable senior I paid Dr. [redacted] office because I made a bad decision when I went home and had time to think about this dental transaction I knew I had been taken advantage of in this   situation. The facts are in your possession Revdex.com if more information is needed I gladly send it. Nobody wants to be made to feel duped . A reasonable person would conclude that this is economic fraud.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
