[redacted] purchased an annual membership to La Creme [redacted] s' on-call nanny serviceThe membership gives families a discount to the daily on-call nanny rateUnfortunately, on that Monday morning, [redacted] 's car got a boot on it [redacted] is an extremely professional career nanny of plus years [redacted] was unable to get her car drive-able in time to report to work at [redacted] 's [redacted] did call me at about 4:30am, but my office doesn't open until 8amI did apologize and refund [redacted] the daily rate for that dayShe continued to schedule [redacted] for the rest of the weekAfter Friday she demanded her money back stating that [redacted] had made her late for work and that Maryilyn got in trouble at work and that it was my faultHowever, she told [redacted] earlier that week that she was able to find a neighbor to watch her son on Monday and that she got to work on timeWhen [redacted] demanded her money back, she also told me that it was my fault that she was late for work on MondayI reminded her of the contract that she signed and agreed to with my agency, stating the Release from Liability ClauseI also reminded her of the fact that it states in the contract that there are no refundsThe contract that she signs also states the the client agrees to not hold [redacted] H [redacted] DBA La Creme [redacted] s responsible for the actions of an on-call nanny, or in the event that the nanny fails to report to work at the scheduled time [redacted] threatened to contact her attorney, when I didn't give in to her demands for a refundI have received no attorney correspondence to pass on to my attorneyI feel that I was fair with her in refunding her for Monday when my nanny didn't show upI think it is very dishonest of her to use the membership to get her discount and then decided that she doesn't want the membership after she already got her discount from it.Submitted: 10/05/

I did not tell *** I made it on time to workI made it but I was lateABusiness that big should be held accountable for their workersI had already prepaid for the whole week and I had to finish it out by looking for another care for my sonI don't like being taken advantage and company don't take responsibility for their workersIf they are not reliableI feel I should at least get some refund from membership since her worker failed to show up and cause me to be min late to workWhat company will excuse that and individuals like me are expecting workers to show up to workI stead a couple tract is made so business can continue ripping people and and take advantage whether they are wrong and still get away with itDiscount please I haveSitter who charges less than what they offer care for my son Since contract is based on ripping off customers I feel other families shoukd know about thisI did cancel I was It happy and dont appreciate being late to workI was saved by showing up instead of not showing up
