Thank you for sending us the customer’s concern on the tickets they purchased, through Ticketmaster for a KISS concert to be held at the La Crosse Center onAugust 6, 2016. We strive insure that every customer has a positive experience. If we understand the issue, the customer is concerned that...

he purchased 2 general admission tickets for the concert for $82.50 plus convenience fees each during the pre-sale.  About a 2.5 months after he purchased his tickets, the promoter ran a short term sale over the 4th of July and sold a limited number of general admission tickets for $25.00 each. Please understand that the La Crosse Center is a leased facility for this show and we do not have any control over ticket pricing, sales or promotions. In order to answer this concern, however, we did check with the promoter who has been a long time partner and tenant of the facility.  They did confirm that in several markets (not just La Crosse) where KISS will be performing they did run a short term $25.00 per ticket sale, but that promotion has now ended.   As to the customer’s request that we convert the show from general admission to reserved seating that again is beyond our control since we are only leasing the facility to the promoter.  In addition, there is no way to do this. Neither the La Crosse Center, nor the promoter have the contact information for each person who has purchased tickets.  Thousands of tickets are sold and we have no way to reach all of these people. All the best.
