Review: I ordered a ring from La Dama on March 25th for $32.50 (order number [redacted]). 12 days later, when I went to check the status of my shipment on the La Dama website it was still in the "processing" stage. I assumed that meant it had not been shipped yet so I reached out using twitter asking why it was taking so long. 3 days later I hadn't heard back so I emailed the owner, [redacted], asking about why it hadn't been shipped yet and she never replied to that email. I have reached out via email and twitter about 5 times since then without any response from the company or Leticia. It has now been 22 days without any responses and the product still hasn't been shipped (according to the website, which at this point doesn't seem very reliable).Desired Settlement: I am very dissatisfied with the service and no longer want the ring. I would like a full refund.

Review: I placed an order for a necklace on September 27, 2013.

On October 13th, I emailed the seller regarding an update, as I had not received the necklace or any communication my order. I received no response.

On October 17th, I emailed the seller again. She responded, telling me that the necklace was on backorder. (This information was NOT on the listing when I purchased the necklace. Had it been, I would not have ordered the necklace, as I had planned on wearing it in my wedding in late October.) Seller told me she emailed me twice and got no response. I checked my inbox and junk folders, and I did not have any emails from her. I have asked the seller four times that she forward me these emails, and she has ignored all four requests. In this message, she told me that the necklace would likely ship at the end of October.

On November 5th, I emailed again, requesting an update. I did not receive a response.

On November 13th, I emailed a final time. I did not receive a response.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund on my order. I have been more than patient, and the seller has not been communicative.

Review: I placed an order with La Dama on 4/28/13. It is now 5/4/13 and my order is still showing as 'processing'. After a few emails to the owner, I got a response back only when I mentioned I was concerned because I had been on the Revdex.com site and saw numerous complaints against La Dama...I was told that she was backed up because she has been dealing with medical issues for the past 3 months and was assured that I am 'at the top of her list of priorities' and my order would be filled promptly. This was days ago and the order is still processing. I have not been contacted again about when my order will be shipped or if if I will be refunded even though I have sent additional emails and have opened up a [redacted] dispute. It is clear that [redacted] has no intention of sending out merchandise and is trying to commit fraud. She said that the complaints with Revdex.com have accumulated during the past three months while she has been dealing with medical problems, yet the complaints against her begin in 2010.Desired Settlement: I want the dress I ordered send out immediately! Otherwise, I expect a refund asap...I really wanted the dress so that would still be my preference but to be honest, I don't believe there is even any merchandise at this so called business.

Review: Placed an order with business on 9/26/13. I received order confirmation ema and credit card/Paypal account was charged on same day. I did not receive the order and inquired about it via email 10/10/13, and didn't get an adequate update. I followed up on 10/16, when I was then told that it was backordered, even though it wasn't clear at the time of order that this was to be a preordered item shipping out at the end of October. I again followed up on 11/8, with the threat of filing a transaction dispute, since my account still had not been updated to reflect the item shipping. At that time, I received a response stating that the inventory had just been replenished and the item would ship out the next day. When I emailed on 11/15 to confirm that the ordered had been fulfilled, since I had not received an email shipping confirmation and saw no change to my account, I got no response. I wrote again on 11/15 to again address the issue, and still got no response. The last contact was today by email and phone, which still have not gotten any responses.Desired Settlement: I would like the merchant to contact me, via phone or email to explain the situation and apologize for the lack of customer service, as well as provide me with definitive delivery information. A full refund for for the merchandise plus shipping should be offered if she cannot provide me with this information, as this situation has gone on far too long.
