We received the complaint sent to us. The $that was charged on the date of intended drop off was never run through our system as end of day had not been submitted so that was voided out immediately. We contacted the customer directly and assured her of this and did let her know
if she doesn't see the refund in 7-days to let us know. We also reassured the customer that her deposit of $will be mailed to her. We can understand the customer's frustration in this situation. We do make every effort to remind and be on top of pets vaccines, but ultimately it is the owners responsibility to have their pet properly vaccinated.
